Norton Park Hotel, Spa & Manor House
Driving into the hotel was quite dark and the main entrance was not lit up. Parking was difficult to find and no signs for disabled parking visible. The room on entry had a bad odour. The Winchester Hotel & Spa
The cleaning staff showed up late in the day so we never had our room cleaned.And found that the room was very dark which made it hard to do hair and makeup
