The lady upfront was super helpful, but they told her too bad we have to get this done so I completely ruined the entire morning being woken up over a sewing machine to loud construction, removing and replacing tile for a $300 a night hotel. Do not recommend"

"It was worst experience in 3 years with this hotel ...my tv didn't work at all ...a/c wouldn't cool ...call front desk 6 times phone rang & rang w no answer ...took over 40 min from 10:30-11:25 pm ...final got answer ...put me new room after midnight ...crazy going sleep after that because there a/c over two hours to cool room down. It was hot night !! Love to have stay free room at later date on hotel"
