The Space:
Lynnton House is a modern 6 bed property with 6 spacious en-suites attached to each room. The house comfortably sleeps 10 guests, has a beautiful communal area spacious enough for the whole party, super-fast fiber broadband. Virgin Media TV package with Netflix included.
Each of the 6 bedrooms come with their own en-suite facility to ensure nobody is waiting around to use the bathroom.
Bedrooms can be set up and configured as follows:
Bedroom 1, 2 & 3 - Double or Twin beds
Bedroom 4 - Single
Bedroom 5 - Single
Bedroom 6 - Twin
All rooms fitted with modern roller blinds for restful sleep.
Bedrooms can be locked via lock codes if needed. Please let us know your requirements once booked
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and essentials with coffee machine & pods, two double fridges, two ovens, dishwasher and breakfast bar.
The substantial garden comes with seating area for relaxing outdoors, it also includes an outhouse with a washer, dryer, double freezer and airer for your laundry requirements.
Travel cot and highchair available on request.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire property & garden; it is not shared with anyone else
On street parking can be found outside the house or paid parking can be found just round the corner via one of three car parks. It is literally 20 feet away.
Other Things to Note:
The property has self-check in, we will send a code prior to arrival which will contain a code which can be used to enter the property.
Getting Around
Guests love that they can leave the car behind and enjoy a short walk to the local sites, bars and restaurants.
Interaction with Guests:
Our management and cleaning team are based just 15 minutes away. If you need anything during your stay, feel free to message us we're happy to help or provide any assistance on local tips or where to eat out during your stay.
