The second camera is located in front of the drive-way towards the side corner of the house

The videos are not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the ring camera is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked immediately to leave without any money returned.

A place to call home

The location of this house was close to the family venue. The convenience to the express way is close by. The bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with only service of4 and the can opener was terrible.All in all the place is spacious and clean

New Years getaway

Stayed over New Years. Clean updated property. Close to many things. After a glitch in using the keypad lock to get in our stay was great. Karen was very responsive and helped get us in no problem. Backyard was beautiful and very relaxing. Would stay again!

Family member 75th birthday celebration

The house, with 4 br/ 2 ba, is very well appointed and comfortable. The location is only a 25 minute drive to Tampa International Airport and 15 minutes to our celebration in Wesley Chapel. Some things needed would be an explanation of how to navigate the tv and its' multitude of streaming providers. Also, a 4-slice toaster, cookie sheet, pot holders, and laundry detergent for washing towels mid-week. The transition between the back room and bedroom needs to be removed and the difference in floors transitioned with a taper as one of our party tripped and fell to the floor. Overall, a very affordable and comfortable house to stay in.

Needed a place quick because of Hurricane Idalia evacuation

I live in Evacuation zone A. We have gotten flooded in before. I looked on VRBO and found this house. It was big enough for my daughter, her husband, granddaughter, my other daughter, my husband and myself. The bathrooms were clean. There were enough towels. We did not cook in the kitchen, but there were pots and pans, a coffee maker, dishes and utensils. Karen was very easy to work with. She answered all my questions. It was so simple. I booked it the night before we were going to need it. It was very easy to find and working the code was easy too. Karen is a wonderful host. Her home is very beautiful.
