- 4th room is our 250sf she shed tiny house. Detached unit as our pool house located in the rear of the property with king size bed. Shower and bathroom in space.

Full size air mattress available in living room closet. No sleeping on couch.

The driveway can fit upto 4 cars when parked side by side. Please do not park on the street or on the neighbors yard or driveways. Off street parking is allowed between the street and sidewalk on the grass. Not on the properties main lawn area. Subject to tow if parking on any neighboring properties.

Zero Tolerance for parties or events. Failure to respect house rules will result in an immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Cameras: If tampered, moved or found broken, guests will be charged accordingly Security equipment is on a motion detection. We do not monitor you and your guest. Just incase of any disturbances or out of the normal activity. if tampered with during your stay, you are forfeiting your stay and can be immediately evicted.

No Pool heater Option

PETS: Pets are not permitted in or on the property without written permission. Bringing a pet without authorization forfeits your deposit and you will result in an immediate cancellation of reservation without refund.

Early check in: $20 per hour, subject the availability
Late check out: $50 at 11:30 & $20 for every additional hour
Extra routine cleaning: $25 per hour, available upon request
Cancelled Cleaning: $30 flat fee
Management Team visit requirement caused by the guest: $50 per visit

Please understand we are in close proximity to swamp/lake areas, canals and undeveloped land/woods. You might see or encounter wildlife while in Florida/neighborhood and/or in and around homes, (not regularly seen) including; but not limited to: bobcats, cougars, snakes, alligators, rats, frogs, geckos, birds, bees, wasps, noseeums, mosquitoes, spiders, fire ants, crickets, bugs, roaches/palmetto bugs, roly-polys, and silverfish to name a few.

These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do maintain & spray in advance in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs; however, we cannot control mother nature and therefore do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
