Welcome to the Flamingo Suite, our renovated Bayview condo with a panoramic view of the water! Sitting on the 3rd floor with a private balcony, the Flamingo 🦩is your perfect romantic getaway or family vacation spot. Quiet, amazing sunset views, dolphin spotting, with in-suite entertainment and even a walk-in shower! You also get to enjoy the resort amenities including a year-round HEATED POOL, bar & grill on the water, convenience store on the 2nd floor, 24/7 security, and FREE parking & wifi!



The Space:

⚠️ A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. We will also need the names of anyone over the age of 18 per HOA requirements. You must be at least 18 to book and stay. Please review the house rules for additional information.

- Our concierge service is live 24/7

- Our condo is regularly treated for pests. Unfortunately occasional bugs are still common in FL so we do not issue refunds for pests



🏗️ Building Maintenance Notice:

This building is scheduled for upcoming painting activities beginning Monday, February 9, 2026. Your unit is scheduled for balcony painting on March 6 and door painting on February 24.



🛠️ What to Expect

Balcony Painting:

* No unit access is required

* Painters will use lifts to access balconies

* Balcony doors, windows, and furniture will be covered for protection

* Painters will not enter the unit



Door Painting:

* Painters will need to open the front door to sand, clean, prime, and paint

* Work and drying time will take approximately 2–3 hours

* The front door must remain open during this time

* Hotel staff will monitor affected units to help ensure security



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire resort and its amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The beach is right outside your door which you can see from the balcony. Whiskey Joe’s beach is down the block, walk or Uber. There is a ton a amazing restaurants in the area. The Big Bamboo Restaurant/Bar is at the pool. The Rusty Pelican is next door to Sailport which is an AMAZING RESTAURANT as well on the water.



Getting Around:

Some restaurants are nearby including the on-site bar & grill, the Rusty Pelican across the street, and both the downstairs restaurant and rooftop restaurant at the Current (across the street). Other hot spots like Whiskey Joes and Ben T. Davis Beach are a very short drive. Uber is readily available.

Check-in / Check-out:

Standard check-in and check-out times are in place to allow our cleaning team to prepare every unit to our 5-star standard. Early check-in may be available upon request—just send us a message! A $50 fee may be applied if arrivals or departures interfere with cleaning.



🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.



Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
