Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire resort and all its amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Little Harbor is a relaxed resort community right on Tampa Bay. Most neighbors are fellow vacationers enjoying the beach and resort amenities.
Getting Around:
Everything in the resort is walkable. For exploring Tampa, Bradenton, or nearby dining, a car is recommended.
Other Things to Note:
🌊 Because we’re right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. It’s just part of the coastal charm!
🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed.
💡 The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7. Unfortunately, it can’t be switched off from inside the unit.
Pool Fob Reminder:
Before checking out, please take a quick photo of the pool fob returned where you last found them in the unit.
If the fob is lost or not returned, a $75 replacement fee will be charged to guests.

As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related
🚼Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.
Interaction with guests
PLEASE NOTE:
- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.
✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
