If you are considering staying here with little kids, I would not recommend this place. I don’t want to bash the owner, I just want to write my honest review on what they can change. Nowhere in the listing were there photos of the stairs. I have never stayed at a property with no stair railing, I thought it was just common sense to have that on the stairs. My son fell off the stairs as we were loading our suitcases in due to no stair railing. Our flight got in late so we stayed the night and left and got a new place that next morning. The owner was willing to give us a little less than half our money back. Which I appreciated but also was a huge money loss having to book a new place on the spot and we were pretty bummed with the inconvenience.

The property was a great central location for all the activities we had planned for our weekend stay. During our downtime we enjoyed relaxing in the pool, sitting outside on the lanai and playing pool. The home was clean and the host was easy to reach if we had questions. We will definitely keep this as one of our favorites for future visits.

Vacation time

I recently stayed at a rental property and had an amazing experience! The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The amenities were a big plus; there was a lovely pool that was always clean, and the game room/sunroom had all the equipment needed to keep the kids busy while not in the pool.The location couldn't have been better. It was conveniently situated near shops and restaurants, and I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The property owner was very responsive and helpful, answering all my questions promptly and ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay.Overall, I felt that the price was fair for the quality of the property and the experience I had. I would definitely recommend this rental to others and would love to stay there again in the future!

Nothing was as advertised

This was very disappointing. The owner met with us about the pool, and said it was cleaned the day before. This was one feature that we were hoping to enjoy, but we dared not swim in it.Outdoor area was not usable. Pool was not heated and pumps not working so it was not clean. Foosball table was rusted out and inoperable. Hammocks in trees are moldy. 3. The lights on the fence around the pool are plugged into an indoor/outdoor extension cord that is buried underground - no switch. Chairs on the pool deck leaned back to an unsafe level. The grease needs to be cleaned underneath the grill which was filthy. Darts are bent and not usable on the dartboard. Pool table is not level, so we did not use it. The pinball machine flappers do not work.Kitchen: The refrigerator was full of half-used items and the shelves were not clean. The pantry was full of items and some of them were open boxes making great home for roaches. There were no potholders. The lower rack in the dishwasher does not fit (too small) so it does not function fully. The sheets on the beds are old and need to be replaced (the bottom sheet is "pilled - rough to the touch). we slept on the top sheet. Towels were old and worn.The property as a whole needs a lot of work to bring it up to standards. We could not enjoy any of the extra features that we were hoping for. It is definitely not as advertised and worth the money they are charging.

The house was as listed. Quiet neighborhood. Close to several attractions. The host was the best host we've had in our years of using a vrbo. I highly recommend this host and property.

Family friendly with great location.

Great property for families. Several areas to sit gather and eat inside and out. Plenty of activities in house: pool table, foosball, nerf like axe throwing and a hot tub pool combo to name a few. Essentials such as Keurig (coffee pot and single serve combo) available. Even had a fridge/freezer combo ideal for beverages in enclosed patio. Central to our plans of Tarpon Springs and Raymond James Stadium as well as TPA to pick up family. Great value for our family size and location. Thank you.

Best Birthday getaway “

The place was very enjoyable. Best features was the heated pool with hot tub/sauna also the billiard and play room. Joe (host) was very responsive, responded to our needs very quickly. We enjoyed it very much. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely come back again.

Perfect getaway for families

Perfect size for a family, with lots of games and activities provided. The bedroom layout is a bit quirky, but actually works great for parents with little kids. The host was super attentive and made us feel very welcome, smooth checkin and checkout process!

Comfortable stay but lacking the advertised amenities

The property was in a great location with grocery and food options nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with lot of leftover items from previous guest like spices and condiments. Our group of 5 guys in town for a disc golf event thought there was enough space to spread out and the beds were comfortable. Here’s why I can’t give a 5 star review. I’m super chill and don’t like to complain. But… The pool wouldn’t heat well, so the biggest headline in the title was misleading. Big let down. We relied on at home entertainment to keep us occupied in the evening and most options were either broken or limited in function. Damaged cornhole boards and missing bags, dart board with no decent darts, pinball machine with only 1 working flipper, pool table so close to walls that a short stick is a must and a foosball table with loud screeching handles. The sleeper sofa was just a sofa as the bed was broken and wouldn’t pull all the way out. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but the “master bedroom” with private bathroom requires you to walk through either a shared bathroom or another bedroom to access. We requested some sort of refund for our troubles but the host, who was friendly during our stay and communicated well, has yet to respond. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but we were disappointed with the amenities which were the main reasons we chose to book the property.

Brotherly bonds!

As brothers we don't spend the time we should so we decided to get together and take time to enjoy each other, pray together, laugh together and remember the loving parents who gave so much. In their honor and memory we keep the bond that was created through their love. Family First, Family Always! Thanks for the beautiful property we enjoyed it so much, it is the perfect place for a Man Cave kind of hangout, it had everything, just like the photos. Father and son retreat

The property and host were perfect for the week I planned for my 30 year old son and me. The added bonus were the evening hours being challenged by the Star Wars Pinball. Certainly the ideal home to host a family, but recommend older teens + to take full advantage of the portable, 6 large screen televisions, games room, pool and massive side yard. Joseph the host was readily accessible and a pleasure to deal with. Rating is well deserved, only unwelcome aspect this time of year was the high pollen count and the shedding trees which is Mother Nature preparing Florida for Spring 2024 and the MLB.

Overall great stay

The property was a great central place to get all of our family together for vacation. There was plenty of room and we were able to enjoy the outside areas when then rain stopped. The fire pit and games were a nice touch. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed once the rains stopped and it was warm enough. Joe was very helpful throughout the stay when needed.

Fun getaway after the workday

We really enjoyed our stay. We were traveling to Tampa for a two week work project, shooting videos, and wanted to stay somewhere where we’d be able to relax and enjoy ourselves after each long work day. This property was perfect with a pool, hammocks, cornhole, pool table, foosball, etc. it’s also not far from stores and restaurants. With work, we didn’t have time to look for a beach, so can’t speak to getting to good beaches. I think this house would be a lot of fun for a family with kids, a group of friends, or traveling for work like we were.
