Fun, Peace and Relaxation on the Beach!

Enjoy memorable vacations at The Blue Lagoon - a waterfront condo with a nautical theme overlooking the channel in Little Harbor. Relax on the balcony and watch the sunrise as well as dolphins play in the channel. Experience our private beach, two restaurants, pools, modern gym, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, playground, park, marina, fishing, dinner cruises and water sports, and delight in some of the best sunsets and live entertainment at this convenient location. Golfing is nearby.
THE SPACE
You will self check-in and enjoy a beach theme in this beautifully decorated and comfortable condo which has two queen beds, flat screen TV, and robust WI-FI. Fondly known as The Blue Lagoon, it is located at The Inn at Little Harbor, is decorated in hues of blue and has an aura of rest, peace, and relaxation. It is perfect for a family vacation, time-away with friends, or for a romantic rendezvous. We provide a microwave, coffee maker and coffee supplies, as well as a mini fridge for your convenience.
GUEST ACCESS
This is a one-bedroom condo that sleeps a maximum of four (4) guests per booking. Common outdoor areas such as pools, hot tubs, gym, tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds are shared with other guests. This is a second floor unit with a private balcony that can be accessed only from inside the condo. Parking is free with two parking lots in front of the condo.

This is a pet-free unit. Sorry we cannot allow pets per condo association rules and due to allergies.

The best thing about this room was the view from the room and balcony! Loved watching the boats go in and out, pelicans diving for fish, and seeing the dolphin coming through (late morning and early evening)!! Beyond that this place leaves a lot to be desired. Due to the concrete construction and metal doors (which don't open easily), there was minimal soundproofing and we could hear everyone in the building, including barking dogs and screaming children. In the hallway, we could smell marijuana coming from other rooms. The bathroom and floors were not the cleanest we’ve seen in other places. The listed amenities, including TV with connection via HDMI was not working. The refrigerator icebox was completely frozen over and unusable. The pictures online of the room did not reflect reality. The desk and office chair were not the ones shown and were not very comfortable or functional for working remotely. The furniture was a bit eclectic, and the chairs on the porch were not all that comfortable. There are also lights on every balcony, and that light streams into the rooms at night despite the shades and drapes provided. It would be great if there was a way to turn off the balcony light as needed. It is doubtful we would ever stay at this place again or recommend it to others.

Overall, nice area! We did not rent a car as the listing states there is a kitchen (misleading). Also, the rental could use some updating. We had to uber which became pricey. Hooks food is outstanding and Sunset grill for dinner was awesome. No place close for breakfast.

My husband and i needed a place for the night. Instead of paying for a hotel we. stayed in this room at Little Harbor. The room was exactly as stated in the description.The bed was comfortable and tne owner was easy to communicate with. This condo is located in the beautiful "Little Harbor" of Ruskin Florida. The entire complex is very well taken care of. Lovely views all around. It is a 2nd floor unit without elevator. Air conditioning works well & is quiet. Pleasant smelling unit. Large wall mount TV with great picture. Wi-Fi great reception. Plenty of outlets to plug your laptop and phones in. Very bright light coming in the wall of windows at night, there are blinds, but they don't fit edge to edge. Bathtub stopper didn't work so you could not take baths, only showers. There is a tiny frig, microwave, coffee pot dishes etc. Only problem, if you used any of the dishes etc the only way to wash them was in the bathroom! YUCK! Maxwell House Coffee and paper goods were not in sealed packages. Anyone staying in this room would be touching them.

Nice quiet family neighborhood.

The place was family oriented. The 2 restaurants, park, etc. was all walking distance like the listing said, however it was my own fault for not realizing the private beach is just a bay and it is about a 30-40 drive to the main ocean. If I went back to the area again I would stay closer to St. Pete where the ocean is and there is more to do.

Amazing get away

This property is beautiful !! It was very clean and plenty of space, we enjoyed the beach being right there and our view of the inlet waters, the restaurants in the area were so good ! Overall amazing stay and would definitely re book !

Overall good experience, with the exception of both pools being closed and thin walls and domestic arguments in the evenings were uncomfortable. Property manager very nice and transparent. Beautiful sunrise and sunset from balcony.

Very nice !

The unit was just as pictured. Nicely decorated with a beautiful water view. Our TV didn't work on arrival, even though we followed the host's directions, the next day it was fixed. Great communication from the host. The building used to be a Days Inn so the room is a smaller hotel room size but perfect for 2 people. The whole resort was very nice and clean with lots of upkeep going on. 2 restaurants on-site plus lots of other amenities. Would stay again.

Ruskin getaway

I'm not sure why, but I wasn't really expecting essentially a motel room. It has a gorgeous view, but there is no soundproofing. I thought, "no big deal, I just set the fan on the A/C to 'on' and I won't really hear them." Unfortunately, the fan doesn't stay on.

Perfect getaway!

Stayed here for a long weekend getaway with a friend and we loved it! The restaurants are a two minute walk across the street and we had a great room of the water. Loved everything!

Remembering the good times

Have stay there for over 45 years it’s has changed a lot. Looks like it will be difficult to continue to go every year not sure how to rent condos anymore.
