Midtown Entertainment is a buzzing restaurant district 0.9 miles away, Hard Rock Cafe 14mins, Busch Garden 20mins, Beaches less the 10 -30mins (Ybor City, Tampa's Conventional Center *Riverwalk*Jackson Bristol. Adult Entertainment .07 mins. Walt Disney World 1 hour away. Fast food all less then .7 mile. Florida Bakery 0.1 miles. Tampa International Malls 1.4 miles Beaches & boats we provide all this information. Botanical Gardens. Art Museums and so much more

This was a very. Very nice property. It's in an older section of town with narrow streets. But, it is very quiet and we had ZERO problems. Everything worked except the shower drained a little bit slow. The kitchen has plenty of food, condiments, towels, dish soap, etc. in it. It was very well supplied with towels, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. there is a wonderful Jacuzzi on the back porch as well as a bar height table. Sink and nice counter space. There is a foosball table on the porch as well as a grill out back. I could go on and on but we were very impressed with the atten tion to detail. It's obvious the owner had traveled a lot as she understands wha t amenities make a stay very enjoyable. Thanks. We're planning on returning to Tampa again as there is soooo much to do.

The house was nicely updated, extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was close to restaurants, stores of every kind and the International Mall is a must to do on everyone’s list. The host was available for any questions we had. I highly recommend this house and give it a 10 out of 10.

An incredible all-round experience. The property is gorgeous, clean, and accommodates with a comfortable patio to enjoy the breeze. Almost everything you can think of is available inside the home. I could go into detail how much we enjoyed our stay and the host Ms Gracine is impeccable. Correspondence since day one and literally every question answered. We are absolutely excited to share the review and will definitely recommend the spot to our friends and everyone needing their space, privacy, and the "at home" feel. It is easy to access and in the shortest distance to most important destinations. House was beautiful! Only two things we didn’t love 1) they could use a new house keeper or maybe the house had been sitting empty for awhile but either way I wouldn’t call it dirty but wasn’t clean either lot’s of dust, hair etc and 2) the camera that over looks the hot tub makes it a little awkward to relax I realize they need to keep an eye on things when no one is there but that should be repositioned or a cover of some type provided for privacy when enjoying the outdoor space. Getting in a few good soaks was a priority for us this trip and it was nice the first night when we didn’t see the camera but the water was cold you have to put the cover on heat it then turn on the jets! Anyway, the beds were comfortable plenty of pillows etc. the sofas were nice and not too stiff to where you can actually relax which was awesome, we don’t cook but gracious if you wanted to cook there you’d have EVERYTHING YOU NEED! Well appointed, very cozy! We had a great stay!

Super great house!

This was our first Vrbo experience and it was fabulous. The house was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities. Gracine has thought of everything for guests. We would absolutely stay here again! Even the neighbors are super nice!

Probably the most well stocked, clean home we’ve ever rented. Clean, comfortable and stress free. 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the downtown Riverwalk. We were close to everything. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great Stay for the Whole Family – Highly Recommended!

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and was exceptionally clean. It looks exactly like the photos. The kids especially enjoyed the arcade games, the hot tub, and the foosball table. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need — no need to bring or buy anything. Highly recommended!

Amazing Stay

This property was amazing! Super clean! Gracine thought of EVERYTHING! There were tons of towels, even beach towels. Shampoo and soaps. Water soda coffee condiments. Easy access and check in, was very responsive. 10/10 would stay and will be recommending to everyone I know looking to travel to the area!

Clean & Cozy

We loved our stay so much. The home was immaculate. Communication with the owner was flawless. We enjoyed the hot tub and the screened-in back patio. The bed was comfy, and the host was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend this property to anyone passing through Tampa. Retail and grocery stores were also nearby, and the Gulf beaches were only 45 minutes away. It's a perfect place for a couple or a small family.
