The Palm Tree III home (Hot Tub, Free Heated pool) is Light and airy with a beachy Floridian feel. Each bedroom has a tv. The bedrooms have 55" TVs. Hang out for a movie night by watching on the 85" tv in the living room. All rooms have Netflix available. A variety of board games are included for rainy days. Enjoy the heated pool year-round or fish off the pier. Enjoy the sunset while hanging out around the pool. The Apollo Beach Golf course is within walking distance. There is absolutely no smoking in this house. Seven-day minimum lease. No Parties allowed. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or they will be towed away.
