It is very central. You can get to Tampa in a matter of minutes. Visit the beautiful beaches, go to Orlando, etc.

We had a wonderful experience at Serenity Villa. Very neat & clean. The hostess thought of everything to make her guests comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. A 5 star stay!

Lovely Hotel Alternative with Great Attention to Detail

In Brandon visiting relatives for 5 days. We'd normally stay in a hotel, but the nearest decent one was on the other side of I75, many miles and lots of traffic away. Serenity Villa was perfect for our needs. SV is connected to an older home in an established neighborhood near the intersection of two major cross streets. Thus, it is convenient to anywhere you'd want to go in Brandon and Bloomingdale. It is a recent conversion/construction (likely a garage conversion with a bathroom added at the end). The attention to detail is amazing! Very stylish and modern with tasteful and thoughtful touches. My wife loved the shower--good pressure and heat--and wanted to know the manufacturer of the shower heads. The accent lights around the bed are delightful. We didn't cook (it's not set up for heavy cooking), but light cooking is possible. Overall, a wonderful experience in a safe and convenient family neighborhood. We highly recommend SV and would not hesitate to return.

The unit was well decorated, very clean, quiet, and Diana was a great host. Water and snacks were waiting for us when we arrived. The kitchen is fully stocked with most everything you would need. This unit is relatively new and located just off Bloomdale Ave, a Main Street in Brandon. The bed was firm but comfortable. We highly recommend this property.
