Little House By the River

The little house by the river is located in Seminole Heights near Busch Gardens and downtown Tampa. It's a few miles from Raymond James Stadium, Amelie Arena, USF, University of Tampa, Lowry Park Zoo, and much more. It's down a private street that is secluded and had a view of the Hillsborough River. You may take a walk down to the water.

The house has two bedrooms room with queen-sized beds. There is also one twin-size air mattress in a side room. The two rooms have a view out towards the Hillsborough River.

The house is a restored 90-year-old bungalow with character. Restored heart pine wood flooring and modern kitchen.

There is a tiny house separate from the property in the back that is also rented with its own driveway.

Cute Home for a Weekend Getaway

We stayed for a weekend concert and the house is just as described and tucked away in a secluded neighborhood. It was clean and a short ride to the stadium. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Would absolutely book again if the opportunity arose.

Perfect Tampa Home!

This little place was absolutely perfect for our weekend! 2 days, 4 people. Communication with the host was top notch, very responsive and nice. It was a quick ride to both Raymond James Stadium (Uber was about 12 minutes!), and to Busch Gardens! The whole place was clean and so very quaint. Really loved the historic yet updated feel of this little home. Very minor things - cannot walk down to the river, the house was a little tough to find, especially at night, and Google Maps puts you at a dead end when you actually have to turn a hard right, and then a left. However these are such minor things and once those hiccups were figured out it was smooth sailing! Really loved this hidden gem!

Cute home

Home is as described, small but cute. The online listing states that you may take a walk down to the river, however, there is a notice in the home stating that it is private property and you should not do that. We aired on the side of caution and did not go. It is a wonderful, quiet neighborhood and the perfect place to relax. There are a couple of chairs on the back porch, although we were not aware ahead of time that there is another home immediately adjacent to the back porch. No chairs on the front porch, although we did take the folding chairs and sit there a few times. The home is perfectly comfortable for two or three people, more than that and it would be a little bit of a tight squeeze especially in the bathroom. No live TV channels, but plenty of apps to watch, and there was internet, The security light at the carport stays on all night, so the light shines into the bedrooms. Could use a few more pans, and towels and accessories in the kitchen. There is currently a Keurig machine not a standard coffee pot. It was perfect for our weekend getaway

Perfect Little House

We had a group of five that went to Howl O Scream. The house was immaculate, great setup, and excellent amenities. Already planning on coming back for Christmas Town.

Great stay on your property. Excellent location. I would suggest an additional bathroom. The small (but very nice) existing one would be challenging for more than 2 guests.

Cute cottage.

Just as advertised. No closet space. Sufficient kitchen, though no condiments. Owner was quick to respond, but there wasn’t much information provided at the cottage. Though it has 2 bedrooms, there's a 3rd room that can be used as a bedroom that has air mattresses. No closets. Very few TV channels.
