Stay in and enjoy a cup of coffee in this cozy hideout by the fire pit, or go explore Hyde Park, the vibrant SoHo district or beautiful Bayshore Blvd!

The Space:
This 1st floor one-bed one-bath unit features a full kitchen, one queen bed in the bedroom, one queen pull-out sofa in the living room and one full bathroom allowing up to 4 guests to stay comfortably. The Queen bed is adjustable and can be controlled by the remote next to the bed!

This newly updated space contains a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, Brita water filter, Keurig, and a starter supply of coffee essentials and toiletries. Enjoy free high speed WiFi and a smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps! Enjoy your late-night libation by the shared fire-pit or grill out with your friends at the end of a day exploring.

The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the supplies you might need to cook up your favorite meal! You also have access to the propane grill. We supply the propane!

There is a shared washer and dryer attached to the unit. Please note the laundry area is shared with others.

Enjoy one designated, off-street parking space right next to your front door. There is free street parking as well if you have an extra vehicle.


The Neighborhood:
Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Beautiful Bayshore Blvd is just a few blocks from your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Blvd is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village - just a short walk away - is a bustling hot spot for delicious dining, unique coffee shops, desirable boutiques, and vibrant bars! A variety of family-friendly parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less!

Popular nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa!

Getting Around:
Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are also self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.

- Please note there is a long-term tenant that lives in the 2nd floor apartment
- SMOKING: This is a NO smoking property; smoking inside our home will result in a $250 fine
- PETS: We are pet-friendly and allow 1 pet. Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags.
- TRASH INFO: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the driveway
