Whether you're on vacation with the family, or traveling for work, this is your perfect home away from home! Just a 5 minute drive to Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, and University of South Florida. 10 minutes away from Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Lowry Park Zoo, Amalie Arena, Cruise ports, Curtis Hixon park, and channelside. 15 minutes away from the Hyde park, University of Tampa, Florida Aquarium, and cruise ports. 20 minutes away from the airport and to the nearest beach.

This beautifully renovated river home includes amenities such as: indoor and outdoor seating with a private balcony, private dock, water views, pool table, Smart TVs, fully equipped kitchen, and High Speed Internet. Your host has paid attention to every detail of this home to create a great guest experience. Your group will find ample space for dining, a large dining table, and kitchen table with seating for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, silverware, utensils and everything you’ll need to cook and prepare meals for your friends and family. The cozy space also features many smart TVs with your favorite streaming services available. Five bedrooms boasting 2 King sized beds and 3 Queen sized beds. What a unique property! Booked this property super last minute after another booking was canceled and Matthew was amassing with communication and offered additional help multiple times! I wish our stay could have been longer because we wanted to spend more time outside and on the lake. There was more than enough space for our party of 11 people and getting ready was easy because of the amount of space.

The house was really neat and the location was great. However the house itself was at the bare minimum to be able to rent. No end table by the master bedroom bed. Drains were all slow and backing up. No ice maker. Microwave worked half the time. The house is not kid friendly parts of railings are missing from the balcony and the stairway banister was wobbly. We couldnt get any of the tvs on bc there were missing remotes or no batteries in them. When we finally got the family room tv on by finding a small button we could use the Roku but had no volume control. A/C couldn’t keep up when the sun was out. We only stayed 2 nights and 1 day so we didn’t contact the host to have things fixed bc we didn’t want someone in there while we were out.

Beautiful home and great location

Great location and plenty of room for our large group. Close to downtown Tampa and other attractions. Property and home were beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. When we had questions, they were answered promptly. Would definitely stay here again.

A Tampa gem

I live close by in st.petersburg and had friends and family visiting for the area. It was just a gorgeous stay. So close to Busch gardens which was a plus. The house was spectacular and roomy. The land looked straight out of a fantasy. Overall very great experience. We were all happy.

Great house on River

Matthew was very accommodating throughout the duration of our golf trip to the Tampa area. The house is perfect for a guys’ golf trip with 5 large bedrooms, a large basement with its own kitchen, full bathroom and pool table. The deck covers a majority of the exterior of the home and provides a nice view of the river. Altogether the home easily exceeded our expectations.

Overall this lake view home was wonderful

I arrived with my family of 8 Adults for our Annual Christmas Gathering. Overall this lake view home was wonderful! And My Family and I had a great time. But, the home is not fully renovated and still needs a lot of work done. I would love to rent again once it is fully renovated. There are some things that need to be addressed prior to renting again. The stairs and walk way into the house need to be leveled correctly. The top stair leading into the home is has a larger gap when stepping up from the second step. Also the concrete is breaking up leading into the front door. If not careful someone could fall. Curtains in the bedrooms for privacy is a must. Cleaning could be better. Smoke detectors (We didn’t see any and there is a gas stove). We found hair in the bathrooms, Stains on a blanket, broken faucet when we arrived and s few other minor things. The cords for the sofa loungers was accessible and stretched out across walking areas and is definitely a hazard. The Gas oven would not work on bake which caused problems when cooking dinner. The pots that were provided were horrible. No steak knives or wine opener. There were batteries in some of the tv remotes. Remote missing back cover in Living room. Television connection in the living room, main level bedroom, and one bedroom upstairs was working . The other bedroom upstairs had a television but did not have a cable box to connect. The master bedroom in the basement had no tv and the second one had a tv but it would not connect to the WiFi. There is also a refrigerator and cabinets in the basement. The refrigerator is old and not in working condition. The floors in the basement and the rooms are all concrete. Accessing outside was a challenge. You could only go out the sliders on the main floor and there was no railing on the stairs to the lake. There was a Lovely porch area but it needed cleaning and patio furniture. The sliders in the kitchen leading to another patio was dirty and the lawn was overgrown so much that you could not go out that way. The windows and glass sliders all around needed to be freed of spider webs , dirt, and debris. They could also use a power wash. I would love to visit again this year but I’ll have to keep checking back to see if the renovations are done.
