A combination of two units that may also be rented separately, this single-level home is ideal for a large family or travel group. Lovingly curated with bright decor, this home invokes a warm and comfortable feeling for you and your guests. Kick back on the large sectional in the main house and stream your favorite channels. If you want to prepare meals at home, the well-equipped kitchen and additional kitchenette offer everything you need to brew your morning coffee, whip up quick snacks, or prepare full-course meals. You’ll also find a convenient wet bar and desks and chairs for laptops if you need to address any work while you’re away from home.

Outdoors, dine alfresco in the screened patio, switch on the electric grill to spice up your home-cooked menu, or play games in the enclosed, grassy yard.

There is a long-term tenant living in the detached garage on the left side of the home.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
