We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our time there. It was a short drive to the beach and even closer to the zoo.

Excellent space for us as two couples on a trip down for a game at Raymond James Stadium- with plenty of extra room for more. Great proximity to stadium and airport. Quiet neighborhood (although there is a neighboring rooster that makes a great alarm clock ) great spaces to relax and entertain- loved the indoor/outdoor options

The house itself is nice. It has been recently updated, and the basket of welcome goodies and beach towels were a very nice touch. It is clear the owners take pride in their properties. Check in, check out and communication were great. There was a plumbing issue in the master bath shower and the owners had someone come to address it ASAP. The neighborhood was not great and not a place I'd spend a lot of time outside in. Neighbors had a big party one night, however, it was muted pretty well once inside the house. The lanai needs some attention, the pool was nice but the outdoor furniture was pretty rough. Overall well appointed and I'd stay in a property owned by this company again, just maybe one in a different neighborhood.

Rigtig godt ophold. Masser af plads. Rent og hyggeligt. Og en god pool. Eneste jeg kunne sætte på det, var en underlig sødelig lugt i køkkenet, som vi aldrig fik lokaliseret, trods den var der alle dage.

Great Location and House

The house was great and the location was just what we wanted, close to Busch Gardens. The neighbors were friendly all in all a great place. The owners were very nice also, called to let them know the toilet float was keeping the water running, they had a plumber there the next day.

This was for me and my close personal friends for my birthday. It was the most perfect little spot. Right amount of space, the layout was perfect. The fact that I could use the pool and grill was amazing because most places don’t allow you to use a grill just all the amenities all the space. I know it’s not a perfect space but it still is a beautiful space and I can’t wait to come back to it again.

Well appointed and the host provided a bunch of amenities for our stay. Clean, large home. The three of us were very pleased with our stay. We had a little issue with check-in but it was more on my end than the host. Received a text concerning check in but I thought it was a scam text because I did not recognize the number or link. Made the check in process more complicated as a result. Host walked us through it and is was all good.

Can this be my home? The BEST VBRO property! Just like the pictures! The weather thwarted our vacation plans one of the two days we were there and it helped that we had a delightful and clean place to hang out! Even the yard was well mantained for a VBRO rental! The cozy spot has definitely set the bar for all other rentals! Including cute welcoming gift basket and coffee bar area!

Looks can be deceiving

This house was clean, new and well equipped! When I first saw it from the outside I was concerned, I would suggest to have flowers, better furniture and fence fixed. However, when you open the doors, you forget the outside, everything was just perfect! I would recommend this house 100%. I am also a vrbo owner!
