Beautiful Lakefront in Perfect Location

This property is a lakefront environmental haven & bird sanctuary teaming with herons, egrets, anhingas, roseate spoonbills, osprey, & eagles, along w abundant turtles & fish in the lake. You may also spot an alligator or two, & see many raccoons in the evening as night falls. Enjoy your freshly-ground morning coffee on the lanai or dock before you start your day on this 1/2 acre peaceful property where everything will be put back into perspective! You may also feel free to bring your fishing pole & cast off the dock for a lazy afternoon.

The property is conveniently located 3 minutes from I-75 & I-4 which have direct access to both Orlando & Tampa & all associated area attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, LEGOLAND, the Tampa Aquarium, Amalie Arena, Tampa Riverwalk & Sail Pavilion, River cruises (including the Cross-Bay Ferry to downtown St. Pete), paddlebike & paddleboat rentals, historic Ybor City & nightlife, & Tampa History Museum to name a few. Pinellas County beaches are all also only 45-60 minutes away, perfect for spending the day where you can watch the beautiful sunset & enjoy a fresh blackened grouper sandwich before enjoying a trip over the causeway or Skyway bridge back home.

You will have access to your private bedroom & bath, open kitchen, living & dining areas, reading nook & lanai. Most all areas of the house include a view of the lake & there is a grill available for barbecuing in the lanai. Laundry facilities & supplies are also available for your convenience.

Please be aware that this property is my home, although I will not be there during your stay. I am renovating another property a short distance away so I will always only be a text message away for anything that you may need! There are also two outdoor cats that come onto the property. Even though they are outside cats, if you have pet allergies (or don't like cats), this is probably not the property for you! However, no animals are permitted indoors @any time due to potential issues w guest allergies. Thank you for your understanding!

What A Gem!

My wife and I had a great experience at this vacation home. Bonnie was a most gracious hostand the house is stocked with everything you could ever need while on vacation. Close to all major Beaches, attractions and Restaurants. Highly Recommend!

Excellent getaway in the Winter

Everything about this stay was great. Bonnie was very friendly and very accommodating. Nice backyard overlooking the lake. Loved the privacy and quiet neighborhood. Parks near by to go for walks everyday. Definitely check out Dover Park about 7 miles away. Beaches were only a 45 min drive and seafood restaurants were awesome. Would definitely stay here again if ever coming back to this area.

Great, quiet getaway

Highly Recommended

Everything was just as described, beautiful property on the lake. The only problem we had was the a/c did not work for the first 3 days which made it hard to sleep, it was 82 degrees. Bonnie had it fixed and the rest of the stay was wonderful!

Very pleasant stay.

Enjoyed the roomy kitchen and living room. The porch was very nice for morning coffee. The decor enhanced the home like feel. Sitting on the deck was relaxing. Over all it was a very comfortable house.

Nice getaway

A fine house on a friendly street. We were comfortable and surprised how this felt like home after just a few minutes. Bonnie is a gracious host with 2 fun cats. They were very nervous at first. Accomodations for the Sun 'N Fun airshow in Lakeland

My wife and I were fortunate enough to find this home in Brandon for 9 days while we were attending the airshow in Lakeland. It was absolutely perfect. Nice setting on a small lake, quiet neighborhood, and a very gracious hostess that made sure our stay was enjoyable.

The property is really nice . Beautiful location. Great wildlife Bonnie was close by (about 5 minutes away ) if I needed anything . The slow flowing toilet was annoying and I had trouble with the door locks. Other than that everything was great.

Bonnie was the most gracious host! Met us on time, showed us everything we needed to know about the property, and made sure that we should let her know if we needed anything or had any questions/problems to get back in touch with her. It was a very quiet, peaceful stay, very much enjoyed sitting out on the lanai, definitely saw some wildlife as well, even an alligator! We would not hesitate to come back and stay here again if our travels brought us back to the Florida area!

Very Comfortable Stay

Bonnie was very welcoming and accommodating. Her house was very well equipped. My husband and I needed a place to mostly shower and sleep. The mornings were beautiful and the house felt like home.
