We enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, clean, full of amenities that we enjoyed. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool, put-put, outside TV area, and the firepit making smores, also the host was very generous with snacks and paper products that were provided. The beds were comfortable sheets and blankets soft, and bedrooms were a nice size. The Host was very quick with responding when we had issues with the lock pad. The only things that need attention were that some rooms had no dresser and/or closet to put clothing away, sheets had stains on them, and having TV's in all the bedrooms would have been a plus. Maintenance issues that need attention would be the hallway's toilet handle needs to be held down all the way until the toilet flushes but not an emergency issue were the only reasons for the 4 stars. We would rent this home again in the future. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Spring break fun

We had a nice time during spring break. This home was clean but a little smaller than we expected. We had 4 adults, 4 teenagers and 1 child. The listing showed that the house sleeps 10, which is true but it was a little tight. Overall our stay was great, a solid 9 out of 10.

Guy trip

The house was clean and the check in process was easy. The only small issue was that there was a smell in the house probably from the trash can in the garage. We opened the windows and problem solved. I would definitely recommend this home for future visits.

Great Vacation and Long Term Stay

This home was perfect for our work trip. We had a large group in town for work and we all needed our individual space. This house more than accommodated all of our needs. The house is clean, spacious, and the hosts were very kind and attentive.

A place that suits all

Property was ideal for family. The house is renovated and has all amenities that you need during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet and kids enjoyed the pool area very much. There is a mall with the major stores within 5 min of the house. I sure recommend it!

Perfect Accommodations for Family

I must say the property was just as shown in pictures which is very nice and nice neighborhood and near plenty of shopping and restaurants. If you plan to go to Clearwater Beach as we did, it is about a 45min drive give or take. The pool added a great touch for our kids to play and enjoy family time. We gathered as a mini family reunion, there were 14 of us and we all had ample space to sleep and enjoy family time. Plenty of appliances and kitchen supplies for cooking. The owner responded right away to let us in the home and was easy to reach when needed. Things to note: There are only 2 televisions in the house, one in living area, one in the master. There were only 2 wash cloths, but plenty of towels. The guest prior to us did leave underwear laying out by the pool but we didn't let that take away from our time. Overall this was a great family vacation getaway.
