Charming, unique brand NEW Airbnb located in South Tampa. This 3 bedroom / 2 bath pool home is perfect for vacation getaways, business trips, and staycations. Centrally located, minutes away from tons of amazing restaurants, Downtown, Harbour island, Hyde Park, the airport, and all of Tampa’s many attractions. Enjoy swimming in the pool, grilling, playing games, and relaxing in the beautiful back yard.

Guests have access to the entire home and private backyard.

IMPORTANT: 1 bedroom is detached from the house, but does have AC. There is no attached bathroom, so you would need to use the bathroom inside the house (close by).

Quiet neighborhood, centrally located in beautiful South Tampa!

4 vehicles max at any point. We ask you park the vehicles in the driveway. 1 car may be parked on the street if necessary.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (6 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors when you leave the home.


Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.
