The property was breathtaking I loved the immersion into the jungle feel mixed with urban necessities. The staff were friendly and the tour guides were knowledgeable.

We had an amazing time. Staff as veery helpful organizing customized tours for our family. The menu at the restaurant is excellent. Breakfast was inclusive and good choices. Lunch and dinner had great options. A perfect retreat exploring the Amazon.

We had a great stay. Yjuri was a great guide. The food was amazing and Christian was very helpful in organising and managing things for us. Perfect stay.

We had the best time at Ikam! It exceeded our expectations. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. We saw lots of wildlife. The rooms were very nice and clean. A/C and WIFI worked great (WIFI was a little spotty in the rooms). The pool was clean and nice. The food was amazing. Highly recommended for families.

Beautiful location on the river, staff and guides were great, the ask inclusive feature was very convenient. A little bit difficult to get to but would recommend. Food was average but service and attentiveness made up for it.

Pros: the grounds were beautiful, comfy bed, AC. Cons: no services nearby, must take a taxi into town to get anywhere. Pricing of meals and activities not inclusive so you pay a lot at check out. There is nowhere else to eat so you have to eat there. The dinners were great, free breakfast was not too good and the same everyday. Activities were very limited. The best was Lake Sandoval, it was so beautiful. The manager was nice and helped me out a lot. Lots of wildlife on property. We saw a ton of birds and even some monkeys.

Half an hour a at from Puerto Maldonado by boat , the place is lovely, with river view and a feel of the jungle without venturing too far. We felt like we got a good insight into the area, with included excursions on the river and into the jungle. Our guide Yuri, who was with us throughout, was very knowledgeable and good. The food was great and they had several veg options . Well stocked bar too . The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a great stay.

We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but our stay was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. All of the staff was amazing; restaurant staff, particularly Leslie and Renzo, were very friendly and attentive, our guide Yuri was very knowledgeable, fun and accommodating. The excursions included with your stay are well organized and very worthwhile. We would definitely recommend IKAM and hope to return.

Stayed an extra night.

We have loved the tours, the guides were amazing. We got to see Capybara, Caiman, Night Monkeys, Howling Monkeys, Capuchin Monkeys, tarantulas, & Giant River Otters The lunches and dinners are great, everything was delicious. Breakfast is terrible with a very small selection and hot food not hot, cold food not cold. Pool is lovely just needs more lounges. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the lodge so much we extended our stay an extra night.

The 4 nights I had at the lodge were amazing. Thanks to all the wonderful staff who made me feel so welcome and looked after me to ensure the best experience. The Lodge is a wonderful resort of high standard, great amenities and food and service 5 stars. Every tour offered is special. The timing and planning of them, the energy and knowledge of the guides make for time really worthwile spent. It was obvious to me observing other tour groups from other providers that the lodge's tours were by far and away the best quality. Thank you so much! See you again!

The lodge was superb, very helpful and friendly staff all round. They were very flexible with meals for our children (5 & 8 years). All staff I spoke to were really knowledgeable about the local plants and animals but special shout out to Yuri who led our multiple excursions. Only small suggestion for improvement would be to have a small selection of snacks available to purchase, chips, nuts, chocolate etc for between meals but otherwise the meals themselves were delicious. My complaint is with Expedia who severely messed up with their bait and switch advertising tactics, stating that this was an all inclusive listing and then later denying it and forcing us to pay the difference with the lodge. Expedias customer service experience was very poor and it is evident from their behaviour they couldn't care less about their customers. MY ADVICE, BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE LODGE AND DONT LET EXPEDIA STEAL A COMISSION FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Our tour guy, Yuri was amazing. The whole service and the staff were amazing. The reason for giving 4 stars but not 5 stars is that I went ahead with all inclusive package. However, when I arrived at the lodge, the drinks were not included. Not even one bottle of watter per meal. Drink prices afe somewhat high. Watter vottle 12 Soles, coke 30 Soles. It was quite a surprise. I also like to mention, if the pool was cleaner, I would sweep. Even the pump was off the whole time.

We had the best stay! We booked the airport transfers, tours, and all meals, and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was incredible, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and had wonderful AC—a true relief after a day of exploring! All of the staff were so helpful, welcoming, and courteous. Our tour guide, Diego, was incredibly knowledgeable, and we thoroughly enjoyed learning from him. Every tour was a fantastic experience! The pool and swim-up bar were perfect for a midday break. One of the highlights was spotting two sloths right above us while we were relaxing in the pool! We would highly recommend staying here. The staff even went above and beyond on our last day. We thought we would have to miss the clay lick tour because of our early flight, but they worked out the logistics so we could enjoy the final tour and still make our flight. We were so grateful! Overall, an incredible experience from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend this place more!
