    Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and exuberant nature, this is the best place for vacations.
    It is located a short 2-minute drive on a brand new cement road or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.

    The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus.
    Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot, It is common to see lots of people with their surfboards walking around or even in their bicycles.

    There is a store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

    The guests will have access to the entire property.

    Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

    Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

    La Esquina 3 has a great location across the street from the beach access and a restaurant. It is located on the second floor so you will get a refreshing breeze and view of the landscape. The unit has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and bathroom.

    The living room has plenty of space to enjoy with your friends and family, the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all the meals and the terrace is a beautiful and quiet place to enjoy breakfast.
    Pets are welcome but please keep them leashed in the common areas and clean up after them.

    Our property has free parking for at least 1 vehicle.

The condo was comfortable, neat, tidy, and for the 3 days we were there, provided a quiet and pleasant place to stay. It is a little tired, worn, and dark. The place could use a bitt of a face lift but for the price it was a good value. Loved the pool and surrounding garden. Accessibility to the beach was great - easy walking distance to delightful restaurants - Side Bar was 5 star! We were happy we we stayed in Langosta instead of Tamarindo proper. Less traffic, congestion, and parties going on but easy to get into the city for shopping and excursions.

Great place to stay. Easy to find, and if needed, assistance was available. There is a restaurant you can walk to, or drive into the downtown/beach area. There looks to be a bus line available, but we did not check it out.We had the pool to ourselves each time we used itWe enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location, walking distance to downtown. Great restaurants and a small grocery nearby. The place was fantastic and the staff who help you are super responsive (shout out to Lola in particular who seemed to be the person assisting us the most- she was great!)

Amazing space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the accommodation overall.Preferred staying in Langosta than in Tamarindo.The check in was a little delayed - cleaning staff were still in the house when we got there, which was no big deal (we decided to get groceries in the meantime). Kitchen was complete. Laundry machines worked well. Lots of extra linens and pillows, if needed.Cell reception and wifi was not good, which was an inconvenience for a friend that lost his luggage in the airline. The telephone was a bit tricky - kept losing its charge so we had to make sure it was fully charged before using.TVs worked well. They had US & Canadian channels available.
