Come experience the Pura Vida lifestyle at its finest in this fully renovated expansive 2 bed / 2 bath condo. The Sunrise Condos are located in the heart of Tamarindo directly across the street from the beach – simply not a better location in Tamarindo. Tamarindo is packed with phenomenal restaurants, shopping, and great surfing; which is all just steps away from this unit. The condo has been adorned with modern finishes, native woods, marble, and tile in an exquisite redesign.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all brand new appliances and everything you need to exercise your inner culinary vision. There are AC units throughout the unit to keep you cool. The floor plan is an open concept with the kitchen flowing in to the dining area and then in to the living space. The massive dining area has room to host a party of 10+. And the living space has ample seating and a 65 inch TV for your enjoyment.

The 2 master suites each have a king size bed with along with a sleeper sofa if additional space is needed. There are 2 full baths, adorned in marble, tile, and natural woods.
As a ground floor unit, access is super easy when you are going back and forth from the beach or pool; no lugging your surfboards or chairs up and down stairs. Walk out to your patio and you are just steps to the enormous pool complete with its own cascading waterfall. One of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica, Playa Tamarindo, is literally across the street; so you will never miss a sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

The unit is also equipped with an inner patio / storage area which we have equipped with as a play area for children and have stocked with plenty of toys and accessories to enjoy your beach vacation.

Again, you simply cannot beat the location of this unit if you are planning to stay in Tamarindo. A car isn’t necessary but if you do rent a car the unit has a designated parking place as well. The complex also has 24/7 security so you can rest easy. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer. We look forward to hosting your next vacation in paradise! Perfect Location

Second time in CR, we absolutely love this country! People are wonderful and always feel safe. This condo is in a perfect location. Plenty of space for everyone. Pool was great and lots of fun for our 7 year old. Walk to the beach is a couple minutes. The shower area beside the pool waterfall is great to rinse off the sand. Kitchen has everything you need. We went for evening beach walks every evening to watch the sunset. Tons of restaurants steps away. Great shopping. We would definitely stay here again!!

Convenient Clean Accommodations

Walkable to beach, shops, restaurants, and grocery! This condo located in the gated community was in the heart of Tamarindo was wonderful. The pool was lovely and we even saw monkeys during our stay.

Fun in the Sun

I cannot express enough what a wonderful host Kattya was. Her property was beautiful and exactly as she described. The property is centrally located and across the street from the beach in Tamarindo. I had issues with a golf rental and Kattya intervened. She was always quick to respond to every question or issue I had. I can’t wait to return in the future. I recommend the Thursday night market with a lot of vendors. I also recommend the Saturday morning farmers market.

One of the best vacations ever

The condo is better than what the pictures portray.The condo has been updated and is absolutely beautiful. Each room is spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach is an easy two minutes. We had rented a car, but never needed to drive to get where we wanted to go in Tamarindo. All our needs were within easy walking distance. There were beach chairs available for use and we enjoyed walking across the street each evening at 6:09 to watch the most incredible sunsets. We cannot wait until we get to go back! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful property in an awesome location

We had a great time at our stay in Tamarindo. The condo is lovely - totally lives up to the photos - and it's across the street from the beach and a close walk to great restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms are good size -- plenty of room for our family of four -- the kitchen, dining and living rooms were nicely appointed and the pool was right outside the back door. Check in and out were easy. Appreciated the recommendations from Kattya - we tried several of the restaurants and they were all fabulous.

Ideal Tamarindo Location

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Condos in Tamarindo. Our VRBO host Kattya was phenomenal! The condo is located in an optimal location across from Tamarindo Beach, has a nice pool area and is walking distance to many restaurants. We'd recommend this place!

The property looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in a great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The host, Kattya, was excellent, comunicating, setting up airport transportation and excursions.

Beautiful Condo, beautiful location!

We come to Tamarindo 3-4 times per year and we try to stay in the sunrise condos because of the perfect location to everything in Tamarindo! The gated condo complex is guarded 24 hours per day and we love this safety feature! Kattya the owner of the property is a great communicator, easy to work with and responsive to questions! The condo itself was gorgeous! We love walking out directly to the pool. It was very well stocked with kitchen equipment, towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable everything extremely clean! I have nothing but good things to say about our stay! Thank you Kattya! We appreciate your hospitality and making our stay in Tamarindo a memorable one!

Great location!

I don’t think you can find a better location if you want to be in the heart of Tamarindo. A short walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and all that Tamarindo has to offer. The condo was exactly as described.
