  • Perched above Tamarindo Bay, Casa Mas Tardes is located in a private gated community 5min from the beach and boasts spectacular ocean views of Tamarindo and the National Park's protected shoreline, famous for the nesting Leatherback Turtles.

    This 8,300 square-foot masterpiece's main floor features a gourmet kitchen, ideal for cooking enthusiasts, which connects to an elegant indoor dining space. Outdoors, enjoy a full kitchen with BBQ facilities, large dining areas, and breathtaking Al Fresco views. An infinity pool takes center stage in the outdoor living space, complemented by seating and lounging areas designed for soaking up the tropical sun.

    Descend to the second tier, housing a state-of-the-art media room with comfortable seating as well as a secluded office nook with sweeping ocean views, providing an inspiring workspace for remote professionals. An additional highlight is the unique indoor practice area with a playground and a soccer pitch, perfect for the little (and big) athletes of your group.

    The exceptional Casa Mas Tardes offers five bedrooms to accommodate up to 14 people. Two primary bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms showcase panoramic views and private terraces, perfect for relaxation. The second lower level houses three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One spacious, colorful bedroom with a private terrace and ensuite bathroom sleeps up to 4 people comfortably in two queen-size beds. The generously sized bunk bedroom sleeps another 6 people, sharing a modern, expansive bathroom with the fifth, tastefully decorated queen bed suite.

    This amazing home includes covered parking and is close to town and the best gourmet supermarket is at the entrance of this gated community. Tamarindo Beach is a short 15-minute walk or a 5-minute ride away. As part of your rental, our amazing team of local concierge staff will help you with a personalized itinerary including private chef services, tours and activities, car rentals, spa treatments, and much more. Please note that due to the steep drop off from the infinity pool the minimum age for this property is 12 years and older.

One of our best vacations EVER!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Mas Tarde was a perfect place to call home for our family of 16. The rooms were of a generous size, in beautiful condition, the house was well equiped and the location was spectacular. The staff who cleaned the house, garden and pool were lovely and did a splendid job. We were happy with every aspect of the house and the people of Five Star Tamarindo. We recommend it heartily.

Tamarindo luxury home with million dollar views

Five star Tamarindo properties host my family with our 8 adult children at an amazing house Casa Mas Tarde. The house was located in a gated community just a five minute drive from Tamarindo. The house had amazing views and was perfect for our large family!! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great Trip. Good House, things that we would do different.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Home. Harder location cause of the Hills in that Area. Casa Mas Tardes. House was great. Pool was smaller than we thought but still served its purpose. If you have larger amounts of people staying the living room space had furniture that was less than desirable size wise. Best gathering space was a TV room down a level without the views. Five Star staff was great. Always responsive and willing to help. Had some communication issues about golf carts, but it worked out. Golf carts are an issue at this property. Hills are too steep.Overall we are happy, but much prefer other properties we have stayed at with Five Star.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally booked a beachfront home but due to issues beyond Five Star Property Managements control we chose this property. We were not disappointed except it wasn’t on the beach. Everything about this house was perfect. Great WiFi, very clean, stunning views and the security in this gated development was the best. Didn’t even worry about locking up our cash and passports. The refrigerator dispensed filtered cold water and the property also has an ice maker. Each room had a separate ductless AC unit which kept the huge house cool along with fans. The pool area was so wonderful with plenty of shade and comfortable chairs. The kitchen was almost stocked better than my own home with all of the plates, cookware and utensils. Water pressure was excellent for showers. One of the best things about the location on top of the development was the wonderful breezes all afternoon and the sunsets were spectacular. Another big plus was the large grocery store at the entrance to the development. There were also restaurants in the shopping center if you didn’t want to go into town. Would highly recommend. And finally Marijke and Krissia from Five Star Management went above and beyond to make our experience the best we could have hoped for.
