AN IDEAL SPOT ON AN IDEAL BEACH! Casa Del Mar sits directly on TAMARINDO BEACH with a large living room opening to the cool ocean breezes. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - sleeps 4.

Incredible 2 BEDROOM- 2 BATH: Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning as does the TV-COMPUTER room. Full kitchen open floor plan with living/room kitchen, opening onto private ocean front patio. Enjoy the outdoor shower when you come in from the beach. There is CABLE TV-FIBER OPTIC Wi-Fi and maid service. BBQ. Secured private off street parking.

Located in a walled tropical garden, quiet neighborhood midway between Langosta and Tamarindo with a 10 minute walk to town for restaurants, shops and night life. Secluded neighborhood across from Isla Capitan and three doors north of Hotel Capitan Suizo, a premier hotel.

Enjoy days of swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, reading, kayaking, relaxing on the patio, schedule a massage, moon light walks on the beach. Watch the monkeys move through the almond trees. Beach chairs and boogie boars available.

A the rear of the house is a studio apartment, Casita Del Mar, which sleeps two and if need be a the property can sleep a party of 6.

Such an amazing property! House is steps from the beach and a great surfing spot! Very clean with a fully loaded kitchen. Maid and gardener came 3 times and kept everything nice and clean. Close enough to the downtown area but far enough for quiet and privacy. Property is gated and feels very safe. Property manager William is always available and helped with airport transfers. House has beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards available for use. I would highly recommend to anyone! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it - Right on the beach

Super location. It is plenty big for 4 people, had everything we needed and one of the few houses really right on the beach. Just out the back gate is a lawn area under trees and the beach is right there. Owner and caretaker were great communicators and very helpful. Even had beach chairs and boogie boards to use. We loved it. One note- it has a twin tub washer so you need to know how to use one. Also, be aware there are a few mosquitos and sand fleas in the area.

Great stay at Casa Del Mar

Roger is a wonderful host. And Willy (and his team) is a superb property manager. Location is stone cold perfect. Every evening on the beach. Walking. Relaxing. Marveling. Watching sun set. Tamarindo captures the Coasta Rican spirit of Pura Vida. New restaurant across the street from casa (Sofia) is excellent. There have an amazing bakery too. Highly recommend Casa Del Mar.

Family Time in Tamarindo

Exceptional! Directly on the beach for the surf aficionados and located on the quieter, southern sector of Tamarindo. The rental is spacious (two bathrooms with showers, two sizeable bedrooms with comfortable linen, a sprawling sitting area offering views onto the ocean for great sunset views) and includes everything you may desire for a lengthy comfortable stay (kitchens is fully stocked, a BBQ available, patio furniture abundant, body boards a plus, etc.). It was a joy to hear and see the howling monkeys up close, feasting on the fruit of the mango tree in the courtyard! A huge thank you to William, Kathy, Santos, and Luis for making our stay in Tamarindo a memorable one. We would definitely stay here again. Pura vida!

Fantastic

The house is just as advertised. Everything looks and works as described. The kitchen is well equipped, we like to cook. We bought fresh fish from a guy down the beach. Town and restaurants, shops etc. are just a short walk away. We made good use of the boogie boards. The surfing in front of the house is good for beginners and more advanced surfers will enjoy larger waves on the north end of the beach. We would definitely stay here again if we ever stayed in the same town more than once. (we don't)

Excellent location and property

This is an excellent house on the south side of Tamarindo Beach. Surfing is great and less crowded than in the north part of the beach. The house has everything you need and the customer service was fantastic.

Great location on the beach near town

Spent a week here surfing, our first Costa Rica trip. Roger, William and the team were great and helpful getting us oriented and always available for questions and help. House very comfortable, clean, well equipped and i was able to work from the office with good internet. Amazing location right on the beach, good surf break right out the back gate. Walked to both Playa Langosta and Playa Grande for variety. Nearby grocery and all the shops and restaurants of Tamarindo, all walkable. Can't really think of a negative. Highly recommended.

Great Location

This is a wonderful location. The front of house outside gate is a great spot so lots of people hang out there. Not a real bad thing, just not always a true front row seat to beach! The house has a beautiful ceiling, but there are no walls going to the ceiling, so there is NO privacy in your bedroom are bathroom! You can hear everything that is going on!!! so people should know that!!!

Outstanding location and service

As good as the beachfront location was, the overall service was even better. From the ease of the airport pick up to collecting items on our shopping list was outstanding. We also needed an ice chest on spur of the moment for the fish we caught and Willy was able to get us one. Everyone was extremely impressed with the entire experience of this stay! 10 out of a 10.
