This listing includes two neighboring houses, ideal for families or groups traveling together while still enjoying their own space.
• House 1: 3 bedrooms – sleeps up to 8 guests
• House 2: 2 bedrooms – sleeps up to 4 guests

When booked together, the two homes can accommodate up to 12 guests in total, making it a perfect option for large families, friends, or group trips.

Each house offers its own private living spaces, ensuring both comfort and privacy, while being conveniently located side by side for easy access between the two.

The Community
The property is located within Malinches at Hacienda Pinilla, an exclusive hacienda-style resort community surrounded by Costa Rica’s incomparable biodiversity.
Guests are spoiled for choice with four nearby beaches: Avellanas, Mansita, Bonita, and Langosta. You will also have access to a Beach Club, an 18-hole golf course with oceanfront landscaping, an equestrian center, tennis courts, a skate park, basketball court, and a children’s playground.

The Beach Club
The Beach Club features an outstanding restaurant, swimming pool, gym, and children’s play area. Whether you choose to surf, relax by the pool, or simply enjoy the spectacular sunsets, it’s the perfect place to unwind.

Surfing
Playa Avellanas, home to the Beach Club, offers six world-class surf breaks, including Little Hawaii, Estero, Dead Tree, and Lola’s.

The JW Marriott Hotel
Hacienda Pinilla is home to the JW Marriott Hotel. As a guest, you have access to the hotel’s many restaurants, and you may also purchase a day pass granting access to all hotel facilities and amenities.
Playa Mansita and Playa Bonita (home to the JW Marriott) feature excellent tide pools during low tide, perfect for families.

Tennis Courts
Two hard-court tennis courts with an on-site instructor (Sylvain). Private, semi-private, and group lessons are available. Children’s camps and pickleball events are held regularly.
