Downtown Lakeview Villa Townhome: Walk to Lake and Downtown, Lakeview Balcony
Enjoy a view of McCall's dazzling Payette Lake from your balcony or step out the front door and take a short stroll to the Mile High Marina, Legacy Beach or Brown Park – all just one block away from our Downtown Lakeview Villa Townhome. Stroll five minutes more and you'll be able to enjoy all the conveniences of downtown McCall.
This brightly furnished townhome has a colorful, modern vibe and comfortable furnishings. A perfect haven for two couples or for Grandma and Grandpa and the kids - this home accommodates up to six guests in cozy comfort.
The downstairs features a bedroom with attached bath and queen bed as well as a living area with a big screen TV, electric fireplace, and sofa sleeper for two. The attached bathroom has a second door for access to or from the living area. Step outside onto the petit deck and enjoy the grassy common area.
Head upstairs to relax in the bright living room where guests can lounge around the electric fireplace or out on the balcony for a view of the lake. There is a formal dining area as well as counter seating where guests can chat with the cook while they make a memorable meal in the well-equipped kitchen. You'll also find a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom on this level.
There is one parking space in the driveway and a deep garage. Be sure to bring your gear (don't forget your golf clubs!) to make the most of your alpine adventure in McCall at the Downtown Lakeview Villa Townhome. This property is also only a few doors down from our Mill Court Lakeview Townhome – rent both and accommodate your next family reunion, retreat, or group function!

Larger vehicles may not fit in front of the garage as the space is small - larger vehicles will need to park in the nearby public parking lot off Mill Road.
NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere in or around the property. This includes outside spaces such as the front porch and back decks.
This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.
This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
