Hoteles cerca de Taman Warisan Pertanian - Kuala Lumpur

"Bersih"

"Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while...

"Bilik bersih dan kemas, kemudahan baik"

"Room Had faulted bathtub and shower head."

"I would like to share my honest feedback regarding our stay. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing from the time we arrived. There was a delay in check-in, which I understood given the hotel’s occupancy, and the staff assisting us was accommodating. However, we also experienced a long wait for our luggage, to the extent that I eventually had to collect the heavy bags myself. The late checkout arrangement was also initially handled rather rigidly, despite being highlighted as...

"All good and helpful. Clean and tidy. But not easy to get there."

"The view very nice"

"AWSOME"

"It was a peaceful environment with lovely, well maintained grounds including the pool. The rooms were a little dated but were spacious and comfortable. The restaurants and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very helpful and were happy ro solve any issues which arose."

"This is classified as a 4 star property and it has the amenities but not the maintenance. Our kitchenette had cockroaches through it, the bathroom was very mouldy with poor ventilation and it smelt terrible. I could see this being a 4 star when it first opened but I wouldn’t say it is now. Beware also poor communication from this hotel. The staff seemed nice enough in person but even Expedia couldn’t get through to them in the phone when I asked for help to confirm whether reception closed ...
