We truly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed plus extra! We did not get a chance to enjoy the beautiful pool, but we did enjoy the large deck. Lots of amenities in this house. It was a perfect fit for our large family. It was a quick drive to everything we needed.

Perfect property for a family gathering. In our case family weekend at FSU. The pictures accurately reflect the property which is beautiful lots of space and green areas. Nice pool, kitchen and the location is pristine. Beds were very comfortable as was all the linen and towels provided. The technology was perfect. Excellent Wi-Fi coverage Fire amazonTVs in all rooms. I recommend this property and owner 100% as per communication is excellent at all times and the check-in and checkout process was very easy and friendly. Very thankful and looking forward to staying there again.

We stayed at this home for our daughter’s graduation from FSU, and it was perfect! It had just the right amount of space, and the pool was beautiful—our daughter was in it every chance she got. I will definitely stay here again when she graduates from grad school!

Great Family Getaway

The property was just what we needed for a relaxing family vacation. It was located close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive. The property was clean and well cared for. There was plenty of space for all of us!

A hamlet in the capitol city!

My large family had a wedding to attend in Tallahassee. Rather than stay at a hotel, we opted to rent a house. Best decision! The neighborhood is beautiful with old tree growth. The backyard was an escape from all the wedding hustle. The house was clean and inviting. Lots of space for all the kids. The pool is huge with a great deep end. Pool towels were provided! As were all other linens. Great amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cups and utensils. And, each bathroom had a stash of sundries such as q-tips, cotton swabs, toilet paper, and soaps. The house is literally minutes from everything and easy to navigate to and from. The owner was very easy to communicate with, as well!

Family Trip Tallahassee

Out of town family traveled for graduation. We wanted a house big enough to accommodate everyone. This house was very comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, all rooms had very comfortable beds and supplies of towels. The house was nice and host is very responsive to any questions.

Wedding Gathering

Loved loved loved all the space in this rental. Great for older adults visiting the younger families and gathering for a black tie wedding. We all had a blast. Kids loved exploring parks and neighborhood. The area is super close to the tux rental (Mens Warehouse) First Watch, Publix, etc. We went to the Maclay Gardens State Park...worth the short drive....and spent an afternoon. Huge trees there and around Tallahassee love this area! Great time...Thanks

Perfect for large family

Love this home

I loved this home a lot it’s very nice the only thing I didn’t like was the garage it was very old smelling and looking . Also the dishes were dirty and the pool was also dirty we tried to clean it ourselves but that wasn’t every successful. Lol and also there was a black snake in the pool But luckily my friend wasn’t scared of it and got it out of the pool/ also they don’t tell you there are cameras on the property which is fine just saying that should be mentioned in the amenities or else where before booking .. overall very nice house love it !

Perfect pool home

We came to visit the grand-kids, and the pool was perfect to entertain them and stay cool. They came over everyday and swam. We will most certainly rent this home in the future.

Daughters Graduation

This was a perfect selection for my family. The host was amazing, the property was emaculant. I traveled with two older parents the stairs to the master was challenging but the back deck gave them life😉! I would highly recommend this spot to anyone considering. The neighbors was very welcoming to my African American family.

Great Property

Large group in town for a graduation celebration. Home large enough to accommodate friends and family getting dressed and prepare to go to the graduation and return to the home for a small gathering. Enough room for 10 people to stay overnight. The home was very spacious,nice, and clean. Spacious outdoor area. Great communication with the owner. One minor issue with the AC that was resolved very quickly. May 23-25

Family reunion

Excellent location, plenty of room to spread out. They had coffee, tea and cocoa plus foil and Saran Wrap that usually isn’t provided but very much appreciated. The owner was excellent with communication. Only issue we had was there was a small pond that was dirty/covered so a bit of a hazard at first as it wasn’t obvious at first look.
