★HOME OVERVIEW★
Welcome to our cozy cottage, a stone’s throw from Ashland in Talent, Oregon featuring two comfortable master bedrooms. Bothbedrooms have king sized beds making it the perfect friends and family getaway!

★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★
We can sleep 4 people total!

Bedroom 1: King Bed, ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: King Bed, full bathroom right down the hall
The bright and cozy living room, eating area, and kitchen provide a great open-concept space for enjoying time with friends and family.

★LIVING AREA★
Relax on our large sofa and stream your favorite shows on our Smart TV (Roku) or just enjoy the fireplace that turns on with a flick of a switch. Enjoy access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Apple TV by simply entering your password.

★KITCHEN★
The kitchen in this new construction home is efficient, clean and perfect for preparing a simple dinner or getting your morning java (Both Keurig and drip options).

★DINING★
The seating area comfortably seats 4 at the table and of course, weather permitting you can enjoy your drinks outside on our patio instead. ‎

★BATHROOMS★
There are 2 full bathrooms, each with a bathtub. . One is an en suite and the other is down the hall. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided.

★LAUNDRY ROOM★
There is a full sized washer and dryer in the hallway closet with detergent and dryer sheets for your use.

★PARKING★
There is 1 off street parking space reserved for you in the driveway and 1 space right outside the front of the house.

★RESTAURANTS & BARS★
The best of the best on the Ashland Plaza is a 11 minute drive away!

★HEATING & AC★
The house has a mini split in the living room that controls the heat and AC with a remote as well as ceiling fans. Please note that this 812 sq ft cottage does not have vents in the bedrooms.

For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell will immediately cancel the reservation.

Very Cute Property

This pet friendly property is very new with all that you need for a great stay. Giant TV in the great room with a cozy fireplace. Two bedrooms with king size beds. Two bathrooms with one in suite. It was close to everything. 10 minutes to Ashland and about the same to Medford. The host reached out to us after the first night to ensure our stay was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful new home

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood, close to Ashland. Very clean. We loved that the comfortable beds were fitted with sheets and blankets and not duvets, which we find are always too hot. We would book this property again without hesitation.

Great house near downtown Talent

We always enjoy our stay in this cute house. It is well decorated and has everything we need. It’s comfortable and exactly as it is represented on VRBO. Definitely recommend to others!

Unbearably hot bedrooms-Not as advertised-Hornet Nest over door. Yikes! Stay away!

Not at all pleasant by any standards. It’s a pre-fab home in a burned out neighborhood and thus the low price. But it’s barely safe to be inside when the bedroom doors are closed as it gets SO hot in those sleeping quarters. If you have children, pets or more than two people (and need privacy or to close the interior doors for any reason) think twice about this property. You will seriously regret staying here! When I reserved this property the listing said the home had A/C. No mention of “no vents in the bedrooms”…as the listing has now been changed. The bedrooms are uninhabitable when the doors are closed and never got below 80 degrees when we were there even with the doors open and three fans set at tornado speed. Couldn’t even sleep in the bedroom it was so hot. This is unacceptable for any rental property especially one that claims to have A/C! You Can’t go outside either as there is no shade (there was a nice umbrella stand with no umbrella) and a very impressive hornets nest in the eaves right above the door with stinging insects swarming around. I asked in advance if the unit had adequate A/C and was told incorrectly that it did…but that if I was concerned I could leave the shades closed, the interior doors open and run the ceiling fans. When I expressed skepticism about this strategy I was told by the owner (somewhat condescendingly) that “no HVAC technician would install 3 mimi splits…” in such a small house and that my concerns were misplaced.

Cute for a weekend getaway

Super clean small home that was perfect for our family of four! Nice kitchen and had two bathrooms which was helpful. Small patio on back that backs up to a creek which was peaceful. Would stay here again for the price!
