Summary:
Tahoe living at its best! Be among the first to enjoy this beautifully remodeled home-away-from-home with stunning lake views. Relax in comfort in a rustic Tahoe theme with luxurious leather sofas, pine wood furniture and wall-to-wall carpet. The natural rock fireplace, wood beam ceilings, and redwood trim echo the mountain lake beauty that surrounds you.

The Neighborhood:
A unique lakefront condominium resort located conveniently in the heart of Tahoe City, the Tahoe Marina Lakefront offers comfortable accommodations for your summer and winter vacation enjoyment. You will find a multitude of activities to fill a day at any time of the year.

During the summer enjoy our on-site tennis courts, heated pool, sandy beach, and pier (buoy rental also available). Nearby you will find mountain biking, water skiing, hiking, fishing, boating and shopping.

Located in the center of Tahoe City, the Tahoe Marina Lakefront is a perfect place to enjoy the local atmosphere. Your accommodations are within walking distance of the fine restaurants, a movie theater, and a variety of interesting shops in Tahoe City.

An afternoon stroll from your room can carry you over to the Truckee River to see the rafters and spectators alike take in a beautiful summer day. In the evening take a walk through Tahoe City or just relax and enjoy the view of the lake.

Getting Around:
Aside from free parking on premises, you are located in the heart of Tahoe City. TART, our local transit service, serves the North Lake/Truckee area with a bus stop right in front of our office. Street parking is also available May - November.

Other Things to Note:
An additional amenity that we are excited to offer for summer is access to a buoy on Lake Tahoe. We have one buoy that is available for $500, to reserve for up to 7 days. Boat registration and insurance must be under the same name as the renter making the reservation for lodging. A check will be required for payment. Please send a message to inquire on buoy availability.

All guests will be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement upon booking confirmation, and HOA policy requires a credit card on file for all bookings.

Interaction with Guests:
Our on-site rental office is open daily from 9AM - 5PM (closed for lunch from 12 - 1PM). A host will be at the office to check you in. For any after-hours arrivals, you will be sent a code to access the lockbox in front of the rental office. Inside will be an envelope with keys and other unit/property details. Please lock the box when done.

Nice Lakeview up two flights of stairs

Very close to the lake! Beautiful lake views!Up two flights of stairs, one outside, one inside to living room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms on first level. Nice fireplace,with firewood!The property maintenance guy spread 2 to 3 grains of sand to prevent slipping on ice. Needs to spread MORE!One of our guests slipped and fell!The property owner was easy to communicate with, and was responsive!

Wonderful location, wonderful complex

Location and amenities are the best: My kids loved the community pool, the beach, the rentals available (SUP, kayaks), and the play structure which are all right in your backyard. I loved being able to walk to everything like walking trails, dinner and shops. The property itself is very clean and has plenty of room to spread out. The balcony was great and has such pretty sunset views over the lake. Could it be updated? absolutely, but everything is functional. Because of the risk of bears, there's less condiments than you would normally find (but for good reason). The one thing I do actually want to see them update are the pots and pans. The chipping cook surfaces are incredibly unsafe to use. Everything else in the condo is functional and perfectly adequate. Definitely would stay here again. Owner was responsive and kind.

Beautiful Location

Very convenient location. Can walk to many restaurants and shops. The view of Lake Tahoe was amazing. The property grounds were immaculate. The condo owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Great home, great location

This home was a great location for checking out Tahoe City and a short drive to Palisades Tahoe/Alpine mountain. Very clean, well furnished/stocked and spacious. Great view of the lake as well! We were able to comfortably make breakfast in, while walking to dinner at several nearby great restaurants.

Great location and responsive host

Thanks for having us. The location of the place is great! We were there during snow storm and the place was well stocked and warm. The sofa bed is a bit thin but the main 2 bedrooms are fine. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensil. Jamie was very responsive and answered all my questions.

We had a wonderful ski week in Tahoe. Jamie’s place is a perfect location.

The whole experience was seamless! The condo is “rustic”, but reminded me of my childhood family place. It truly saved our vacation after the rental we had booked 4 months in advance arbitrarily cancelled! Thanks Jamie!

This property is in need of a serious upgrade and cleaning

This property needs a massive investment. There is a need for a serious cleaning. Don't even look at the filters you have been warned and yes you will be breathing all that dust. Many dishes are chopped and must be thrown away/replaced. Eating from these chopped and cracked dishes is a serious health hazard. The master BR king size bed is a complete nuisance as it leaves about a foot between the bed and the wall. Your knees will bump into one or another, especially at night and yes, they'll be crying BIG time... The master BR mattress is very old and as such had some very soft spots and uneven lines. Terrible for your low back which will be crying every morning... A real shock was the fact that the property has no beach items, nothing, not even beach chairs...

A+ Lake Location

Wonderful location on the Lake. It's hard to find budget-friendly condos on the lake but this older development fits the bill. Walking distance to Tahoe City eateries and galleries. Easy walk up rentals for SUP or kayaks at the public beach next door. Tennis, small pool were loads of fun too. The condo is tidy. Best for one family or two couples, with it's 2/2 format. Kitchen had what we needed. It's not deluxe but it was comfortable and clean. Some street noise from back bedroom that faces the main road through town but the development gets quiet by 10am on the lawn/lake facing side. We hope to return.

Great option for tahoe

We really enjoyed our stay. We rented a buoy for our boat at the property and it worked out well. Jamie (the owner) is super responsive which was a huge plus. The location is wonderful and there's a nice farmers market right next door on Thursdays. Restaurants around tahoe are struggling for staff right now so make reservations well in advance or hit the grocery store and cook in. I would absolutely stay here again.

walking distance to shops and restaurants, lake view, and short drive to epic skiing-what more could you want? The Owner went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and accommodate our schedule. Big thumbs up!! We’re coming back again.

Great location with stunning views

The property was a great base for skiing - a VERY short walk to Tahoe City and a very short drive to Squaw Valley/Alpine Meadows. It was perfect for two couples - good space and facilities. Booking and checking in was fast and easy. The only areas i’d suggest for improvement would be to the lighting in the second bedroom and also somewhere to put skis/boards (eg a tray inside the front door as we didn’t want to make any marks/wet areas). Overall a great stay - would love to stay again if we have the opportunity!

Great Location, Nice Owners!

This condo was perfectly located in Tahoe City with walking distance to the lake and areas in town. This condo was also a great location for us to go drive to parks for hikes. The condo itself just needs brighter lights and the mattresses were very hard/firm and an egg crate or pillow top would have made it more bareable. Besides the lighting and firm beds, it was great for us and we would highly consider staying at this location again. The owners communicated well with us and the management company was also nice and helpful.

Great views and location

The unit is very clean with great views from the main living space. Kitchen has all the pans/pots you will need. The location of the unit makes it easy to walk the town. The property is also very well maintained with a nice pool and tennis courts. Would stay there again. Only one small negative, The walls are a little think between units and floors but fairly standard for a multi unit vacation property. Bonus is there is not another unit above you.

We loved the location and the view.

The condo was very cozy with the exception of a couple deadly serious issues. Above all being the mouse or rat feces that was all over everything on the deck. We couldn't eat or sit out there and when we tried we ended up with poop in our wine glasses.Big turn off.The garbage disposal had no rubber ring and threw food all over you when used. The guest bed is so hard ,we had guests leave because they were so miserable and tired. The upstairs was very comfortable and although very old, we had fun cooking in the kitchen.All in all, we had a GREAT time and so did our guests.

Cozy, clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located!

The home was comfortable with cozy sofas and beds. The bathrooms are perfectly sized. Hotel type amenities were provided plus more. We were able to cook the whole weekend we stayed there because hey supplied everything we needed (minus the food of course). Measuring cups, toaster, pots, plates, etc. The home was came with clean towels and sheets were provided. But the best part was the location, we walked to Moes BBQ, the brewery, and Pete n' Peters. All less than .5 a mile. We ended our trip with a walk on the snow covered beach which was basically across from the home. We would stay here again!
