The home features a beautiful deck with spectacular views of nature, a seating/dining area, and a propane grill for warm-weather barbecues. This is the ultimate spot to enjoy the outdoors without leaving home. Inside, a gas fireplace in the corner of the living room keeps you nice and toasty during your stay. Curl up in front of the fire as you stream your favorite series and movies on the smart cable TV. The living room offers a cozy place with comfortable sofas, exposed wood beams, and ample windows. Complete with all the essentials, the well-equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze. Try out that new recipe you saw online and surprise your friends with a culinary masterpiece. Additionally, you can find a washer/dryer in the home for your laundry needs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
