This house was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. Great separation of bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space. The view was fantastic! The only thing we could have wished for was access to the Dollar Point beach as the nearby local beach was closed from 11 to 3 everyday for a camp. We would gladly have paid a small extra fee to access the Dollar Point beach, pool, playground and other facilities. The next time we rent at Tahoe we might look for someplace with beach access. We found all supplies and facilities to be first class. Overall, we had a wonderful week! Thank you.

Great house for adults/teens

We had 4 adults, 3 younger kids, and 2 little ones under two years old. We loved the location of the house since it’s so close to the shops and the water and the view from the deck was very nice. The house itself is a bit older and a little noisy if you are downstairs. A few things I would have appreciated for the price of this home is access to more hand/bath towels, paper towels, and toilet paper but I did read that those things were very limited. The railings on the top bunk beds were very loose and the glass side table was leaning from the lamp sitting on top of it which felt very unsafe for the kids. Overall fine stay but recommend more for people not traveling with young kids or babies. I did really love the check in/out process and how easy they made it.

Family vacation

Great home: lovely kitchen and view and living/dining room. Master bed very comfortable. Downstairs roomy and very clean. On the downside: Problem keeping home heated and cool as multiple windows would not close. My 79 year old husband could not use the master shower as there is a 1-2 foot drop into it - needs a shower bar for support. Also, we could not access the Dollar Beach or Community Center due to being renters. Luckily, our extended family owned a home there - which allowed us access.

Family of 11-stayed June 2019

The home is well appointed, very clean, beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and would most definitely return. The only issue was that 5 minutes before check-in we were informed that the oven was not working. We had several family dinners planned since we were celebrating not only Father’s day but also a birthday. When I contacted the manager she offered a portable oven which I didn’t want but accepted after all (ruined 2 cakes and a lasagna using it) I inquired if I would receive a discount since we had to plan extra dinners at restaurants her answer was very inappropriate-not a quote but what she said was basically that most people want to have the issue resolved not make money out of it-wow, never expected that, so out of line! I got a call 5 days into our stay offering to have a service person over, at that point we didn’t want to deal with any more disruptions. I perfectly understand that appliances break down-but was very disappointed that it happened right before our stay and affected our use of the house.
