could have been cleaner, ie cob webs, living room rug dingy... kitchen supplies good but not excellent, for the price.. bed frame stashed on property and third bedroom without a bed, bunk beds with railing but sharp screw, light bulbs out in downstairs bathroom.Living room furniture oddly placed for conversation. would probably not reserve again although location is awesome.

We enjoyed our stay in Tahoe but do have a couple of comments. I noticed a lot of spider webs all over the house. We all also left with what I am assuming are spider bites. The blinds were inoperable in each room. This became important as the block threw an awesome block party with lots of people directly in front of the home. No AC which was clearly advertised, totally fine, but most windows including the slider didn’t have screens to get fresh air. All minor things that will hopefully be fixed for future guests. We really enjoyed the private beach access, that alone was amazing. Thank you!

This home is located in a pine/fir forest neighborhood with many other cabins. It's not a peaceful environment due to the traffic noise, but families seemed to like the bike and kayak rentals available. We found the house comfortable and enjoyed being able to walk to a couple of restaurants and a deli store with morning coffee. More restaurants and services are available just a couple of miles away in Tahoe City. This home is clearly for seasonal use by the owners and not zhooshed up for renters.I understand that but wish the living room was brighter and more welcoming. It was good for watching shows but we tended to sit in the breakfast nook otherwise or on the deck. Private beach- Park like. Swimming area framed in by boat parking but good for kids. Barbecue- didn't use. Hot tub- used once. Chlorine heavy but may be due to overuse by previous guests of provided product.
