Newly refurbished small Lockwood studio/cabin, 6 metres x 6 metres (including deck) lovely rural views, with a front deck to relax on! A short drive to local popular walks and bike tracks, a 15 minute drive to Waihi Beach, 30 mins to Tauranga. You can wake up to a beautiful sunrise in the morning and see the sunset as well! You can also enjoy some lovely bird life 😊

I really enjoyed the night I spent here; I definitely would stay again! The place was clean and cozy with the most amazing views. Michelle (the host) was kind and responsive. It's also a short drive to Waihi Beach for food and fun activities.Just 2 things to keep in mind (not a critique!): (1) the driveway is gravel and steep but easy to navigate and (2) the kitchenette is small so check specific amenities ahead of time.

Waking up to sunrise of note!

The cabin is the perfect stop while road tripping across NZ, with all the lovely touches and thoughtful amenities that you would need! Waking up to the view and sunrise is by far one of the best features!

The property and chamber was very pleasant. The photos advertised made the room look bigger than it was in reality. It was rather small but in summer when the deck can be used it would ideal.it could do with some hooks to hang a coat or coat hanger on and we found the sliding bathroom door noisy and not easy to slide. Otherwise it was good.

Cute cosy cave

This is a cute little place with incredible views of rolling hills and the city and mount off in the distance. The wind was roaring wild all weeked, so we spent most of it snuggled up doing nothing, watching the netflix provided and just enjoying hibernating away from it all. Its simple, little, has all the basics one could need (and a few extras like including matches and tealights to add a bit of ambience). If you enjoy real coffee though, bring your own plunger or portable machine, that was the only thing we missed!
