Free Parking space on drive with EV charger (latter charged separately dependant on use).

Kingsize bed with fresh lining and towels, comfy 2 person sofa, TV and wardrobe. Room warmed with underfloor heating and electric radiator, that you are able to control.

Kitchen
Cooking pots/pans, utensils, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, dinner set, cups and glasses.
Complementary tea, coffee and sugar supplied.

Separate shower room and WC.
Towels, toilet roll, shower gel provided. Hair dryer, iron, ironing board and washing machine also available for use.

Wifi available for use during stay.
Courtyard with table and chairs set up in the warmer months.

25min drive from Gatwick airport.
420 New bus route close by now offering service to Gatwick airport.
4min drive/ 20min walk to Banstead high street, which is full of restaurants and shops.
Large Asda Supermarket 4min drive or 8min walk away.
Epsom downs race course 8min drive.
Epsom high street 15min drive.
Approx 1hour and 15min to 1hour and a half journey to get to London Waterloo using bus and train.
