The Flagship House | Stylish and Cozy | 6th Ave

The space
With three bedrooms and 2 full baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 6 people. The primary bedroom is on the second level and features a Casper king bed, an en suite bath, reading nook and plenty of space to unwind or recharge.

On the first level, the second and third bedrooms both offer queen beds. The beds feature a memory-foam Casper and hybrid Beautyrest mattress to offer variety for different sleeping preferences. These two bedrooms share the large hall bath. Although the neighborhood is quiet, a sound machine is present in each bedroom should you need it like we do.

If you're not planning on dining at one of the delicious restaurants on 6th Ave or the waterfront, you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, a full set of pots and pans, stone dishware, utensils, premium knives, cutting boards, and complimentary spices are all provided.
For our coffee and tea lovers - Starbucks is nearby, however we also provide delicious ground coffee for your morning blend.

A washer and dryer are on site and available should the need arise.

Disclaimer: This is a 1920's build, with some items you can come to expect with an older home: the house is slightly slanted, there are a few small chips in the bathtub, door knobs aren't new. We're confident these types of items will not hinder your stay.

**Please note:
1. While there is convenient, private parking in the back, the only keyless entry to the home is the front door.
2. Security camera's are present in the front and back of the house to ensure safety
