"We stayed in a Palm Villa and it was amazing. Loved everything about it, especially the breakfast delivered by boat. We spent a lot of time on our deck and in and out of the water. All staff were friendly and genuine. Food at all meals was great. Snorkeling around the property to look for giant clams was a highlight."

The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. "So easy to make a good first impression, and this place failed. Check in was ok, but the room wasnt. No place to put bags, holey bath mat, frayed towels, and no shelf in shower cubical. Also gaps in floor boards and window in bathroom. Pool and dining area was nice, food and drinks okay, but after booking for 5 days we left after 1. The area nearby was lacking."

"We had a wonderful time here. We stayed for 3 nights in a superior chalet. As it was a basic chalet it was actually the best chalet we have stayed in, spatious, 2 air con units which kept us lovely and cool. Big bathroom and rain shower. The bed was huge and really comfortable. They also provide free insect repellent in the rooms and by the pool which we didn't find anywhere else on our trip. Wifi in the room and TV. There are steps up to our chalet which we found okay but people with mobility...
