Secluded Log Home with Mountain View

  • Disfrutará de esta hermosa casa de troncos de montaña con una excelente ubicación aislada en el Valle de Fraser. Esta fabulosa casa de troncos hecha a mano se encuentra en 4 ½ acres en un vecindario privado, muy tranquilo y boscoso, con fácil acceso a todo el esplendor y la diversión que la región tiene para ofrecer. El complejo de invierno / verano Winter Park y las zonas de esquí de Sol Vista se encuentran a 15 minutos en coche.

    La casa regresa al Bosque Nacional con increíbles senderos para caminatas y ciclismo de montaña que comienzan en la puerta de atrás. Los senderos conducen a través del bosque hasta la cima del área de esquí de Sol Vista.

    Hay mucho espacio para que amigos y familiares se extiendan en esta lujosa casa. Disfruta de una conversación alrededor de la estufa de leña o enciende una fogata en nuestra fogata al aire libre y asa malvaviscos bajo las estrellas. Cubierta envolvente muy agradable totalmente cubierta por el voladizo extendido del techo, con magníficas vistas del valle de Fraser. Gran barbacoa en la terraza con mesa de comedor al aire libre, sillas y salones relajantes con reposapiés.

    Gran dormitorio principal de 600 pies cuadrados con techo abovedado, balcón privado, una gran vista de Byers Peak (montaña nevada de 13,000 pies), baño privado con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje para 2 personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cómoda cama king size, TV y sofá. Todos los pisos se calientan con calor radiante en el piso, y la gran sala tiene una estufa de leña con sala de leña interior accesible cerca de existencias de leña.

    Esta es una casa muy nueva (construida en 2007).

    La cocina de tamaño completo tiene todas las comodidades (platos / vasos / sartenes / cubiertos, microondas, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, máquina de hielo, isla central y despensa), la cocina, el comedor y la gran sala contigua tienen mucho espacio para entretener / cocinar y visitando con invitados. Mesa de comedor de roble con capacidad para 12 personas cómodamente.

    El dormitorio de invitados del primer piso tiene un baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje. El dormitorio de invitados del segundo piso tiene su propio baño privado con ducha. Sofá en loft se retira a la cama queen size. TV LCD con VCR, DVD y Dish Network con canales locales / Denver. Estacionamiento en garaje adjunto disponible para 2 autos y amplio camino de entrada con mucho estacionamiento adicional.

    Encontrará muchas oportunidades para descansar y aliviar el estrés de las vacaciones en el maravilloso entorno que ofrece esta casa. Con más de 300 días de sol al año en el valle de Fraser, los días son cálidos y tranquilos y las noches son frescas y refrescantes.

    También hay una gran cantidad de actividades locales de verano y oportunidades recreativas, desde nadar o hacer ejercicio en el Centro de Recreación Fraser hasta montar el tobogán alpino o jugar al golf en los campos cercanos Pole Creek o Granby Ranch, o montar a caballo en Snow Mountain Estancia, pesca o alquiler de vehículos todo terreno y exploración de senderos sobre la división continental, o rafting en el río Colorado. Muchos huéspedes disfrutan de una excursión de un día al Parque Nacional Rocky Mountain o de compras en la ciudad de Grand Lake.

Beautiful home

This was the perfect place to getaway, relax, and explore Colorado. The home is spacious, welcoming, and quiet. The views from the back deck cannot be beat. We would absolutely recommend this property to family and friends traveling in the area.

Amazing

Absolutely beautiful home with a gorgeous view! My husband and I travel from Florida to Colorado at least once a year this home was absolutely perfect. The views were amazing. The home was extremely clean. We saw deer and watched, but looked like chipmunks scurry about almost all day. It was very relaxing.

Beautiful Home. Incredible views.

Lovely home, nicely furnished with well-stocked kitchen. Everything was in good working order so we had no need to contact the hosts for anything. I rated it a 5 but was surprised that they did not furnish any toiletries (shampoo, kleenex, etc.). It is quite a trek into town along dirt and gravel roads so plan to bring your own. Regardless, we would return here for the ambience, comfort and views.

Loved this house!

This property was perfect for our family to gather - plenty of room for both privacy and togetherness. The setting is wonderful - slightly farther out (very slightly) but with the benefit of an amazing setting and view - including wildlife - got to see deer and moose from the house. Super cool! And, the hosts were phenomenal!

Amazing Mountain Lodge

We had a great ski vacation at this mountain lodge. Beautiful place with amazing views. Very well appointed with everything you need. Rod and his family were exceptional hosts, friendly and highly responsive. I felt like I was staying at a friend’s place. We will definitely be back!

Amazing property

We absolutely adored this lovely house. Lots of room for everyone. Tons of games, kitchen was well equipped. There is a beautiful deck for watching all the deer and a wood burning fireplace (with lots of wood supplied) to keep it cozy inside. We loved being close to WP/Fraser for skiing and the restaurants, but being able to be in the peace and quiet of the property when we returned. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive when needed.

Great and relaxing get away!

We had a great time at this cabin! It's a beauiful and spacious place and was nicely secluded even though it's technically part of a (spread out) neighborhood, which we loved. We had more room than we needed with ourselves and our two adult children. As we were there at the start of winter, we loved sitting near the fire in the stove in the evenings watching a little TV. They have a great office upstairs, but we worked at the kitchen table while enjoying the views... and played games there in the evenings. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom which was perfect. The house could have easily and comfortably handled several more people. The location was great - close to Winter Park and Grand Lake. Would love to come back sometime... I bet it's especially gorgeous in the fall!

Perfect mountain views and quiet

Our stay couldn't have been more perfect! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous inside and out and very clean! The views and scenery were amazing! The cabin was very well equipped with anything you could need to cook with. Plenty of firewood for the wood stove. The roads there were well maintained and easy to navigate. I loved staying near the western entrance of RMNP versus the estes side that's more populated and busy. My husband and I came for peace and quiet and beautiful scenery for our 5 yr anniversary and we got everything we could have asked for and then some. We definitely recommend this place to everyone and plan to stay here again. Rod the owner was so nice and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. It'd be hard for me as an owner to rent this place as I'd want to be there all the time myself. Thanks again!

Great spot for extended family getaway!

We had a fantastic time at Rob & Starlene's cabin! The location is fantastic, secluded but still close to Fraser & Winter Park. We enjoyed exploring around the cabin, having smores in the fire pit, and spending all day on the deck. They were easy to communicate with, kept us up to date on their coming & going from the property due to some family stuff, and were just generally super nice people. The house had lots of space for us all to spread out if we needed to, but come together for dinner and games, which getting both things can be hard to come by. We can't wait to stay again!

What a view!!!

House was amazing!!!! Great views, trail access and very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were sufficient, really enjoyed the cast iron as that’s what we use at home. Never turned on the TV’s. WiFi was adequate for basic browsing. Your right between Winter Park and Grand Lake.

Quiet, mountain cabin

The home was very accommodating for our party. Very private with spectacular views of the night sky and a visit from a moose and her calf. One minor issue with the water heater that the owner handled promptly. Plenty of towels, utensils, cookware, and dishes available. Wraparound deck very comfortable and spacious.
