We are located remotely, but will be happy to connect with you via email, text or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay! We also have local resources standing by, if needed.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Brand new finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Ample storage for ski, bike and golf equipment is available in the garage and mud room. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas, and decks. The community pool, located near the entrance to the Granby Ranch Ski Resort, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round — requires a $20 pass per person/per day, children 8 and under are free.

Our home is ideal for families looking to reconnect in luxury, adventurers eager to ski, hike, bike, or fish, and anyone who craves a serene mountain escape with upscale amenities. It includes everything you need to make your stay enjoyable including updated finishes, tasteful furniture, heated bathroom floors, modern electronics and breathtaking views. Perfect for families, this property can sleep 8 guests.

The townhome includes a gas fireplace, open concept living and dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of space to prepare all your meals. There’s ample room for your group to spread out and relax! After a long day hiking, fishing, or on the slopes, hang out inside and enjoy the cozy fireplace while watching our favorite TV show, or head down to the Ranch Hall (paid day pass required) to soak in the heated pool or hot tub.

Free parking is included. We have one parking space in our heated garage with an additional driveway space, as well as outdoor parking available in the shared townhome parking spaces.

Overlay experience was great. House is very nice and clean. Location is just a two minute drive to Granby Base Lodge. I would recommend to anyone.

Family Fun at Granby Ranch

The townhome is brand new and beautiful. The views are gorgeous! We shared the space with our friends and between our families had 4 kiddos ranging from 10 months to 11 yrs. The bunk room in the basement worked well for my older kiddos. The other bedroom in the basement was a pretty tight space but still included a queen size bed. The main bedroom is on the ground floor. The living area and kitchen is on the top floor. Lots of stairs so just keep that in mind. The kitchen was perfect and well equipped for cooking. The location is good but we did need to drive down the hill to Base Camp for skiing and to use the Community Center pool and hot tub. Only about a 3 minute drive. Bring your own pool towels if you plan on using the pool! Overall we had a great time and would love to return!
