Spacious holiday home in a beautiful location, directly on Lake Spore. The area is a paradise for anglers and nature lovers.
The 2-story holiday house is located on a fenced property, in a very quiet area, surrounded by trees. The area overlooks the lake. Only a few steps separate this area from its shore, from the pier, numerous fishing spots and the beach.
The comfortable house has 3 independent bedrooms (2 on the first floor, 1 on the ground floor). In addition, downstairs there is a large living room with a fireplace, connected to a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom downstairs. There is a washing machine. In front of the house there is a covered terrace, and in the garden there are barbecue facilities, a small playground and hammocks.
Rowing boats can be rented on site. It is best to report this to the owner of the facility before arrival.
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, parking.
Spore is a small, rural settlement, mainly a summer resort. In the center of the village there is a small shop with basic supplies. For larger purchases, you need to go to a larger city (Szczecinek - approximately 12 km away). This will be a good opportunity to take a walk and see the much larger Wielimie Lake, which also provides numerous attractions, especially for water sports enthusiasts (there is also a ski lift for water skiers).
In the immediate area, the most attractions are the nearby, beautiful lake. Its area is approximately 90 ha and the maximum depth is 5 m. It is characterized by a varied coastline with numerous headlands and bays. There are several water equipment rental companies at the lake. The reservoir is very popular among fishing enthusiasts. You can catch pike, eel, tench, bream and roach here.
The area around the holiday home is also a paradise for lovers of nature, peace and quiet. There are many paths and trails around, along which you can traverse forests and meadows both on foot and by bike.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. No WLAN.
