The luxurious Villa DeMar has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, to ensure maximum comfort for our guests. In addition, there is a gymnasium, a TV room, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom, an ironing area, and two incredible panoramic terraces, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea.

The villa's garden is wonderful and has been designed in Sicilian style, with various relaxing corners for conversation and gathering, including a large outdoor table under a pergola and a barbecue area. Villa DeMar also has private parking.

Located 45 minutes from the international airport of Catania, just 13 kilometers from the historic center of Syracuse, Ortigia, rich in history, outstanding restaurants and its market, 15 kilometers from the famous Greek theater and 39 kilometers from the beautiful city of Noto, the world capital of Baroque, Villa DeMar is the ideal base for discovering the beauty of Sicily. During the summer season, just 2 kilometers away is Varco 23, with equipped lido facilities, an excellent restaurant and cocktail bar. Supermarkets and pizzerias can be found within 1.5 kilometers of the villa.

Maid service is provided at least three times a week, and a Cook, Massage Therapist, and Hairdresser are available by appointment.
