Enjoy the breath-taking Mediterranean Sea views (so close you can hear it!) and dramatic Castello Maniace view from my newly renovated penthouse apartment situated on historic island of Ortigia, heart of Siracusa.

Attico Maniace is within walking distance of great restaurants, museums, historical landmarks, shops and just 2' walk from the beach.

It is an ideal base to explore Ortigia, Siracusa, the rest of Baroque Sicily and the other sites of Magna Grecia without having to pack and unpack.

The apartment features contemporary super-comfy furnishings and effortlessly elegant atmosphere that will put you immediately at ease. It is equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing stay in your home away from home. Lots of light, air conditioning, wi-fi, tv, high definition audio stereo system, fresh linens and fluffy towels!

The modern bedroom offers sea views and has quality beds with memory foam mattresses and pillows. The room can be arranged with double bed or two separate beds.
The spacious living room has comfortable sofa bed and access to the seafront balcony to enjoy marvelouse views.
The dining room is combined with a fully equipped kitchen for short and extended stays.
Apartment also features a dressing room and a bathroom with shower.

Great care and attention has been paid to every little detail in this beautiful home from home - so all you need to do is arrive, relax and unwind!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Host could not have been more helpful. Francesco booked parking for us. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. I would highly recommend. Thanks Francesco for a great few days in your lovely town.

Stairs

When booking, we didn’t realize there were 62 stairs to get to the apartment, nevertheless, we did enjoy our stay, ( clean and large). As always in Italy, very few amenities. We did use the washing machine and coffee machine. The check-in was somewhat unconventional as it was a self check-in. We did not meet the owner until we experienced problems with locking the door. He promptly came with a locksmith to repair but only introduced himself. The online picture of the view is not accurate, there is only a partial view of the sea. I would not recommend this apartment to friends simply because of the tight stairs.

Fantastic!

I wish we could give this place a rating higher than a 5, this rental was absolutely perfect. It is better than the photos...immaculate, comfortable, well stocked, and well located. The owner is very kind and really easy to work with. My husband and I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed Ortigia and our stay at this flat. If it's available, book it!

We enjoyed the views to the water and the old fort. It’s a large space for the price with separate kitchen, living room dining room, bedroom and storage room. The terrace is small but perfect for morning coffee and enjoying the view.

Spacious, modern apartment in perfect Ortigia location

The owner is incredibly helpful and gracious. The view of the Ionian Sea from the sweet little terrace is magical. Apartment is modern, clean and spacious with cafes, restaurants and amenities minutes away. Truly lovely stay.

Ocean View Apartment

Amazing stay with Francesco. The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious. Great bathroom/kitchen as well as living room. The balcony was very nice and had an amazing view of the sea. We enjoyed watching the ships come in and hearing the waves!. Apartment is nicely located in Ortigia, a couple minute walk to the castle. Francesco was amazing and a gracious host. He even is a tremendous and passionate jazz guitarist! You must listen to his albums! Grazie Mile Francesco!

A great place to stretch out for a stay In Ortigia. Minimal contemporary decor with kitchen and laundry. Francesco is a great host and very responsive. Would highly recommend while in Ortigia.

A dream space in a dream scape

This attico is very nice, Francesco was so helpful with suggestions of where to go, eat and his place was modern and close to the water. Ortigia is beautiful, especially the older part where the Attico is located. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing apartment in very convenient location. Close to everything you want to see.

Francesco will give you a list of several restaurants nearby. We ate at several of them and enjoyed dining where the locals eat. The apartment is really beautiful, even nicer than the photos. Francesco is a good host and checked in on us to see how everything was going in the apartment. I would stay there again!
