  • Disfruta de las impresionantes vistas del mar Mediterráneo (¡tan cerca que puedes oírlo!) y dramática vista de Castello Maniace desde mi ático recientemente renovado situado en la histórica isla de Ortigia, corazón de Siracusa.

    El Attico Maniace se encuentra a poca distancia a pie de excelentes restaurantes, museos, lugares de interés histórico, tiendas y a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa.

    Es una base ideal para explorar Ortigia, Siracusa, el resto de la Sicilia barroca y los otros sitios de Magna Grecia sin tener que empacar y desempacar.

    El apartamento cuenta con muebles contemporáneos muy cómodos y un ambiente elegante sin esfuerzo que lo pondrá inmediatamente a gusto. Está equipado con todo lo que pueda necesitar para una estancia relajante en su hogar lejos del hogar. Mucha luz, aire acondicionado, wi-fi, televisión, sistema estéreo de audio de alta definición, sábanas limpias y toallas mullidas.

    La moderna habitación ofrece vistas al mar y camas de calidad con colchones y almohadas de espuma viscoelástica. La habitación puede organizarse con una cama doble o dos camas separadas.
    El amplio salón tiene un cómodo sofá cama y acceso al balcón frente al mar para disfrutar de maravillosas vistas.
    El comedor se combina con una cocina totalmente equipada para estancias cortas y prolongadas.
    El apartamento también cuenta con vestidor y baño con ducha.

Fantastic!

I wish we could give this place a rating higher than a 5, this rental was absolutely perfect. It is better than the photos...immaculate, comfortable, well stocked, and well located. The owner is very kind and really easy to work with. My husband and I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed Ortigia and our stay at this flat. If it's available, book it!

A gem

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Host could not have been more helpful. Francesco booked parking for us. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. I would highly recommend. Thanks Francesco for a great few days in your lovely town.

This property was well-located in the Old Town of Ortigia. Very walkable, including nearby Sircusca. Ortigia is a great location for touring the Southeastern area of Sicily which is easily accessible by train. The unit was as described and a good size. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room area. It had a small, but nice balcony with a view of the water and the old fort. There was a nice eating area with the kitchen which was on the small size and not particularly well equipped in terms of cooking utensils. The host, Francesco, was great to deal with and very responsive. The unit was a little sparten on terms of furnishings and could have used some wall art. The only real downside were the stairs to the unit. One must be mobile and reasonably fit to access the unit. On the positive side, after two weeks of using the stairs, we were much fitter.

Stairs

When booking, we didn’t realize there were 62 stairs to get to the apartment, nevertheless, we did enjoy our stay, ( clean and large). As always in Italy, very few amenities. We did use the washing machine and coffee machine. The check-in was somewhat unconventional as it was a self check-in. We did not meet the owner until we experienced problems with locking the door. He promptly came with a locksmith to repair but only introduced himself. The online picture of the view is not accurate, there is only a partial view of the sea. I would not recommend this apartment to friends simply because of the tight stairs.

Ortigia with a view

We enjoyed the views to the water and the old fort. It’s a large space for the price with separate kitchen, living room dining room, bedroom and storage room. The terrace is small but perfect for morning coffee and enjoying the view.

Spacious, modern apartment in perfect Ortigia location

The owner is incredibly helpful and gracious. The view of the Ionian Sea from the sweet little terrace is magical. Apartment is modern, clean and spacious with cafes, restaurants and amenities minutes away. Truly lovely stay.

Ocean View Apartment

Amazing stay with Francesco. The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious. Great bathroom/kitchen as well as living room. The balcony was very nice and had an amazing view of the sea. We enjoyed watching the ships come in and hearing the waves!. Apartment is nicely located in Ortigia, a couple minute walk to the castle. Francesco was amazing and a gracious host. He even is a tremendous and passionate jazz guitarist! You must listen to his albums! Grazie Mile Francesco!

Great apartment in a good location.

A great place to stretch out for a stay In Ortigia. Minimal contemporary decor with kitchen and laundry. Francesco is a great host and very responsive. Would highly recommend while in Ortigia.

A dream space in a dream scape

We found Francesco to be friendly and very accommodating. The space is beautiful and very comfortable and full of light. Well thought out for guests with breathtaking backdrops of the sea from every room.

Amazing apartment with an amazing location!

Francesco was a wonderful host and the apartment was fantastic. Very clean and well appointed, and very close to everything you need. Would highly recommend it and would love to stay there again if we come back to Ortigia!!!

Great private apartment with modern amenities and perfect location.

This attico is very nice, Francesco was so helpful with suggestions of where to go, eat and his place was modern and close to the water. Ortigia is beautiful, especially the older part where the Attico is located. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing apartment in very convenient location. Close to everything you want to see.

Francesco will give you a list of several restaurants nearby. We ate at several of them and enjoyed dining where the locals eat. The apartment is really beautiful, even nicer than the photos. Francesco is a good host and checked in on us to see how everything was going in the apartment. I would stay there again!

Amazing place for vacations! The combination of the old town of Ortigia with the seafront is unique. The apartment is beautiful, modern and confortable with all you could need. The terrace with view on the sea and the castle was wonderful!

Perfect place to stay

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Ortigia. The apartment is new, extremely comfortable and very clean. Francesco sent us very helpful notes on how to find the apartment, where to park the car, what to go and see, where to eat, all of which we found invaluable.
