"建物自体は新しくはないが、部屋は清潔で必要なものは全てありました(歯ブラシ等はありません) お風呂は湯船も深く、バスソルトもありゆったり出来ます 水量もありお湯を張る時間も数分でたまりますシャワーも勢い(笑)があります 浴衣もありました 朝ごはんもそんなに種類はありませんが野菜なども新鮮で良かったです なによりスタッフの皆さんが素晴らしい！ また台湾旅行の際は必ず泊まろうと思えるホテルでした"

"We booked through Expedia with the intent that breakfast was included per room. We booked 3 rooms, 2 guest per room. Confirmation explicitly stated breakfast included with the rooms. Upon checking in, we were notified my 16 year does not have breakfast included, yet my 18 year does. Even after I showed them the confirmation in writing, they did not honour the deal. Because of this poor decision, we are now reluctant to book through Expedia and even more disappointed that no not stepped up...
