Sylvan Newest Luxury Lake House

Welcome to the Luxe Lake House located in Sylvan Lake. Just steps from the beach & walking distance to many restaurants/patios, & Centennial Park. This custom home is ready for your most memorable experiences. On the property it has two lounging decks that gives you sun rays at all times of the day. On the upper deck there is a full outdoor kitchen across from a gas fire lounge sectional. On the lower tier get some practice on the putting green followed by a bonfire in the evening.

Property is exactly as described. Lots of space. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great location - close enough to walk to restaurants etc and yet tucked into a nice quiet street. Beautifully decorated especially suited for special occasions to enjoy with family.

Great getaway!

We were 4 adults and 3 kids and stayed for three nights. Overall our stay was excellent. We went to the beach and spent lots of time on the deck. The kids were super excited for s’mores and the kitchen was perfectly set up for our group. The kids loved the bunk beds too! My mom used a walker and was able to move around the property easily. The bathrooms were wide enough for her to use as well. There were a few small things that needed maintenance but I suspect it’s been a fully booked summer and there hasn’t been time to attend to them. We had problems with keeping the gates latched and a few of the chairs around the fire pit were damaged. There was a small hole in the sliding screen doors but we had the door closed to keep the air conditioning going so it wasn’t a huge deal. A few fix ups and the space would be perfect! Thank you so much. We will be back!

Stylish Comfort in Sylvan Lake

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation property. The home is beautifully finished with all the upgraded amenities you could want inside and out. Bonus: The beds are super comfy! Communication with the home owners was top notch and made our arrival super smooth. It is in a perfect location with restaurants and retail stores a short drive away. The Lake is a 2 minute walk and offers a lovely path along the shoreline. Great value for the nightly fee. We highly recommend this home!

This is a very clean and modern property and the hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions! The beds were very comfortable (even the pull out couch). We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing vrbo!!!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was amazing! The first couple nights we had family and friends stay with us and there was so much room to accommodate. We loved how close to the beach it was and definitely enjoyed many fires in the back yard. Kathy and Selina were amazing hosts and if we ever had a question they were available! Definitely would recommend staying here if you have a large group!

Perfect family getaway

We had a perfect extended weekend at this beautiful new home located just a block from the lake. My wife and I, son and daughter in law, 3 year old and 2 month old grandsons thoroughly our daily walks along the lakeshore to the playground. 3 times we needed help and every time the response was near-instant and well beyond what we expected. Our grandson loved the mini golf set up in the back yard. We’ll be back!

the house was amazing. So much space and was beautifully decorated. There were 10 of us and there was more than enough space. It had everything you needed including lots of dishes, shampoo, towels, etc. The backyard was perfect. Big deck for us to hangout on while using the bbq and then a nice fire pit area for the night. The house was spotless and super clean. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I highly recommend staying here when you’re in sylvan lake!

Perfect for large family.

Our check in was smooth. Sylvan Lake house had Everything we needed! It worked very well for young children, as well. The Lakehouse was exactly as described. Linen and Beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

The Perfect Girls Weekend!

We rented this property for my future daughter in laws stagette. We had such a fun stay here! Just like the pictures posted, it was absolutely stunning! On a quiet street and a beautiful beach walk is right down the street! There were 8 of us that stayed the weekend with more than enough room for all. The owners were so kind, helpful, and accomodating! I am looking forward to staying here again! Family weekend next time! I highly recommend this property!

Great location! Perfect for extended families!

We stayed four nights at this property with our 2 daughters and their families. 9 in total. The house is new, in a great location. Easy walk to the beach, new playground, coffee shops and restaurants. The house is new, spacious and well equipped. One of the highlights for us was spending time in the backyard playing games and enjoying the fire pit. Owners were accommodating and accessible.
