  • ¡¡Lo mejor de ambos mundos!! 200 yardas de la ciudad y 100 pies a la playa. Ven y disfruta de todo lo que se ofrece en Sylvan Beach, desde restaurantes hasta conciertos, un antiguo parque de diversiones y las hermosas playas. Esta es una casa de 4 dormitorios, 1 baño y medio con dos hermosos porches. Está lo suficientemente lejos de la ciudad como para estar más tranquilo con su propia playa o puede estar en medio de toda la acción y regresar para un poco de paz y tranquilidad. El agua y todas sus actividades están a la vuelta de la esquina.

house not what was expected. my wife cleaned for hours after check in . was told by host that the house had been deep cleaned. sent pictures through vrbo and was ghosted.asked if there was a lawnmower there and told lawn was mowed before we got there and would be mowed when we left. sprouts about 10 ". i have kept the inbox stuff and will send if requested.

Excellent Cottage

The property was exceptionally clean. Our family of 5 had no problem finding a sleeping location and had plenty of area to spread out then not at the beach. The beach is about a minute walk from the back door in an area that was quiet the entire week, including the 4th of July. Plenty of amenities were included that made our stay that much easier. We highly recommend this property.

Wedding weekend extension

Location was important to us. Family wedding nearby. We had2 grandkids and 3 adult's. The House had all that we needed. Toys for the kids. Kitchen well stocked and clean. Glad we slayed longer then the weekend. Relaxed and visited family. Got what we paid for.

Family vacation

This was our second time renting this home. Had such a great time. The house has everything you need-kitchen well stocked with utensils and house has games/toys/books for your use. Also has a nice outdoor area. It’s a short walk to the beach and about 1mile to the amusement park. It’s an easy walk even with kids. Will definitely be back.

The House Near Sylvan Beach June 29-July 11 2025

Great vacation!! The cottage had EVERYTHING one would need. So clean you could eat off the floors. Hosts were "Excellent on any requests or questions and you can tell they strive for Excellent Customer Service and work very hard on any maintenance and cleanliness! Encourage if you have any serious medical issues like walking or wheelchairs, please contact the Hosts. They are wonderful people and we thank them! Would Highly Recommend!!

Older style "camp" with updates. Clean. Tidy. Only 2 window ac units in property. Hot water tank in master bedroom. Carpet buckling in living room. Short walk to beach. Board games and books provided. Decent rental for the price during Pirate's weekend. Convenient location.

First stay of many more

We had an amazing time at this Sylvan Beach rental and are already planning to come back! The location is perfect—just a two-minute walk to a quiet, private beach. It was so nice to be that close and still have plenty of space to relax without the crowds.The house was spotlessly clean—and I’m not easy to impress when it comes to cleanliness. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in the property.Our kids were thrilled to find toys available, which made settling in that much easier and more fun for them. The house is also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for our family—we loved being able to bring our pup along for the vacation!Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish. They were responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right for our stay.Highly recommend this home if you're looking for a peaceful, family- and pet-friendly getaway. We’ll definitely be returning!

Vacation at the Beach!!

This cottage was amazing. You really just need to bring clothes and a smile. Every amenity was provided. Very clean and welcoming. Close to the beach and a peaceful neighborhood.

A great long weekend!

This was a great stay! The house was clean and spacious and not far from anything ☺️ This is one of the bigger houses we stayed in so had to room to cook and hang out. Would reccomend
