Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area span 86.25 square meters, guaranteeing moments of comfort and ensuring a relaxing vacation experience. The living and dining area features a high-quality U-shaped kitchenette that impresses with its spaciousness and amenities. High-quality dishes, fine cookware, coffee and smoothie makers, a kettle, toaster, blender, espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, beverage cooler, and a glass-ceramic cooktop are provided. The three bedrooms in the basement are all furnished with Ruf box-spring beds, and the en suite area features a separate bathroom with a built-in closet. Two rooms share a bathroom. The two master bedrooms are furnished with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m box-spring bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together. Each room features country-style closets, a Philips Smart TV with Ambilight LED lighting effects, a media library, and internet access/Wi-Fi. You’ll find a dimmable lighting system in every living and sleeping area, as well as underfloor heating that can be controlled separately for each room. Feel free to use the shared wellness area, including a sauna (€2), at the complex. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) is also available to you.
