In this lush, green setting, you’ll find eight separate vacation apartments, each ranging in size from 60 m² to 70 m² and accommodating 3 to 5 guests. Each apartment has its own parking space and is ideal for families and couples seeking relaxation and comfort in a central location.

    The Alte Stadtgärtnerei combines the best of both worlds: a quiet, green atmosphere and proximity to the bustling Friedrichstraße, which, with its diverse shops and restaurants, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach is also only about 500 meters away and invites you to enjoy relaxing days by the sea.

Dieses Domizil ist ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung gemütlich und voll ausreichend für einen Urlaub. Bushaltestellen und Edeka Laden sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso der Weg zum Strand. Lokale, Bars und Cafés können nach ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch erreicht werden

Die Lage ist gut, strandnah und fußläufig zu Stadtmitte. Die Einrichtung und Austattujg sind in die Jahre gekommen. Für 4 Personen ist es sehr klein, es fehlt entsprechend an Schrankfläche. Generell ist die alte Stadtgärtnerei zu empfehlen, jedoch nicht diese Wohnung.
