Reibungslose Schlüsselentgegennahme (per Schlüsseltresor). Atemberaubend schöne Wohnung, dazu sehr heimelig, die Kinder waren vor allem vom Dachgeschoss entzückt und haben es sofort in Beschlag genommen.

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung über drei Ebenen bietet auch bei Reisen mit Teenie-Kindern ausreichend Rückzugsräume für alle. Perfekte Lage für uns, sehr ruhig aber trotzdem nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Trubel in der Friedrichstraße. Einziges Manko: Die Kochgelegenheiten sind eher minimalistisch, nur zwei Kochfelder und ein Mini-Backofen. Wir haben uns damit arrangiert und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Übrigens: Da die Schlafzimmer direkt unter den Dachschrägen liegen, hatten wir bei sonnigem Wetter hohe Innentemperaturen befürchtet. Unbegründet: Wir hatten super Wetter aber innen stets angenehme Temperaturen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr...

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, noch schöner, als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Das Schlafzimmer ist auf einer Art Galerie, man hat von dort einen netten Blick in den Wohnbereich. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein separates Schlafzimmer, durch eine Tür vom Rest abtrennbar. Super, wenn man mit älteren Kindern verreist und sie dort ihren eigenen Bereich haben. Kleinere Kinder sollten schon sicher Treppen steigen können...Im Haus ist es sehr ruhig, es gibt auch keine Störungen durch Autolärm.

Kleine kompakte Wohnung über 3 Etagen

Ist nichts für Personen die steile Raumspartreppen nicht bewältigen können in der Nacht, Küche bietet alles was man so für den Grundgebrauch benötigt, Mit 5 Minuten zur Einkaufsmeile und knapp 13 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Ideal gelegen. Trotz Bahnhofsnähe echt ruhig und zentral gelegen.

Wohnung

Es sollte eine Beschreibung zu den Zimmern erfolgen, diese sind nicht durch eine Tür getrennt. Das Zimmer im 2 Stock kann nur durch das Zimmer der Galerie erreicht werden. Die Stiege die dort hochführt, ist sehr gefährlich. Wer dort nachts mal runter muss, läuft Gefahr zu stürzen. Bei dem Bad handelt es sich keinesfalls um geräumig! Bei einer Person ist Ende...! Eine Lüftung gibt es auch nicht, obwohl ein Schalter im Flur angebracht ist. Fernsehprogramm war im Wohnbereich nur 1 Programm, der Rest "kein Signal".
