The vacation rental is spread over two levels. A private entrance leads you into the ground-floor hallway. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven), the apartment features an adjoining, separate dining room.
A hallway with a guest restroom leads to the living room, which features a bar counter and a flat-screen TV. From here, you have access to the terrace and the beach chair area. From the hallway, a staircase leads down to the basement, where the two cozy bedrooms—each with a flat-screen TV—are located. This level also features a restroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. A coin-operated washer and dryer are available for shared use in the adjacent building.
The apartment comes with a parking space. Please note that pets are not allowed.
